    Good location. Bus from the train station stops 5 minute walk. Next to the canal. Quite stay. Building is little old. Breakfast is great.

    We love the location under half a mile from the main square, yet so pleasant and peaceful. Also there are two pubs serving good food within 300 metres. The staff were always delightful and very helpful. Our second-floor room was very good, except for the risk of banging one's head where the dormer window is almost above the bed. Our only problem was that I wanted to use the coffee machine at 5 a.m. one day, but could not make it work, so it was completely useless for us. Please supply coffee machine instructions!

    Nice old hotel & updated room with a good location for walking into old town. Friendly & helpful staff. Interested old building with bare timber running throughout. Criticisms are: thin walls allow noise & conversations to easily bleed through. There were loose roof tiles (their assessment) that clanked and clunked all night. annoying and jarring. Would stay again though.
