Super place to base yourself to enjoy the wonderful city of Brugge

Great location, super pet-friendly, amazing staff

Fantastic location in a quiet area, just a 20-minute walk from the city center and near a free (street) parking. The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly, flexible and accommodating. We let them know we were coming with our dog so there were bowls ready with water and a heart-shaped cookie for him, which was such an adorable touch! They also let us check in early since our room was available. The place is also beautifully designed and decorated.

Unfortunately we could hear a lot from the room next to us, but the positives were so many that this didn't bother us as much. And this one is a luxury problem: The TV lost signal every couple of minutes.

Good value & modern pet-friendly hotel with exceptional staff & service!

It was a modern and nicely decorated hotel plus good value, about a 15-20 minute walk to the city center of Bruges. The neighborhood felt like a safe residential, affluent neighborhood, mostly tree-lined with nice houses and a few apartment blocks. Free parking also nearby. Best of all, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They were even willing to cook oatmeal that we brought for my husband for breakfast since he's gluten-free. They were also willing to store our dog's food in the fridge & freezer. In advance via email, the staff also suggested a vet only a 12-minute walk away for us to book an appointment for our dog before re-entering the UK. We really appreciate it! They also provided dog bowls and a few dog cookies upon arrival, our dog was very happy:) Nice touch!

-While the bathrooms and rooms were clean, we did notice a bit of mold in the showers in both our bathrooms (we had two rooms for our family). They might want to remove it. -The walls are a bit thin, and we could hear the people below us coughing during the night. But all in all, good value and nice hotel as Bruges was pretty expensive over the Christmas/New Year holidays.

A functional stay, nothing to make us rush back. A long walk into the centre.

Clean with a large comfortable bed.

No tea/ coffee facilities, poor lighting, impossible to have a shower without flooding the bathroom.

Great option in the awsome city of Brugge!

Great stay. Nice little hotel. Staff was kind. The deluxe double room was perfect for a trip with my brother. Free parking near hotel a big plus. Stays within city center wouldn’t include free parking so this hotel was a perfect fit for me for that. The 15-20min walk into the city was easy and safe! Quiet neighborhood. All positive experience.

I’m not a fan of the door in the shower. Glass door that doesn’t fully prevent water from splashing out. I consciously had to keep trying to not let that happen.

Good stay

For what this hotel is offering, it’s great. Room was comfy and facilities were good. It is out of the main square of Bruges but this worked well for us as we had a dog. Only look about 20-25 mins to get to the centre. Free parking next to hotel and felt like a very safe area. This hotel was a good stay for one night and we were very comfortable.

For a budget stay it was decent, the benefits outweighed the downsides.

Room had a safe. Nearby free parking. Able to grab a drink at the bar in the evening while the weather was poor. Generally quiet area outside the center of town, and only 15 min walk into the center.

No mini fridge or kettle in the room. Very narrow desk, large window facing a pedestrian path, bathroom light switch on the wrong side of door, noisy floors/upstairs guests, square pillows, and squeaky door mechanism on the bathroom door.

The bed was not double but two twin beds together and it was not so confortable to sleep - at least for a couple.

Easy distance into town

First morning as we were having breakfast the waitress came over and said we hadn't paid, went and got proof. Morning booking out my husband was detained at reception, again saying breakfast had not been paid! Room was far too hot, totally uncomfortable.

Nice cosy bar area. The team put a birthday message and balloons in our son’s room on his birthday.

A pleasant and calm place to stay

Pleasant staff, a nicely calm location, a 15-20 minute walk away from the center. The parking is a little tricky (time limited) infront of the hotel and it is indeed better to take the car to the public and free parking place nearby for longer stay. Room was nicely clean and spacious enough, comfortable for a 2 night stay, with wardrobe. The TV in the room could use replacing already, it had burnt out stripes across the whole screen, but the rest of the equipment in the room seemed new-ish. Good eating out and supermarket options nearby.

No small ventilation slit setting for the window, it either had to be closed or wide opened, and staying on the ground floor with a pedestrian road just behind the short bushes under the windows, leaving it fully opened during the night did not feel like a comfortable option to me, so no sleeping in fresh air. The shower corner (pleasantly spacious) has no door, so there is water splashing to the bathroom. Did not try the breakfast, we can never eat that much in the morning to justify the price tag (22 EUR per person) on it here.

Very good price/quality hotel, 20 min from city Centre

Friendly Hotel staff, really good price/quality for the rooms and decent breakfast (a little bit overpriced for 22eu). 20 min walk to the city Centre. Hotel located in a quiet neighborhood.

No night reception, which is not a major problem at all. Because we could usually get in with our room key. Only on the first night, the entrance door was not locked properly, so we couldn’t get in to hotel after the staff left. Still we were able to contact them and 20 min later someone arrived to apologize and open the door for us. Thank you 🙏🏼

Great to visit Brugges

Well arranged, good size room, good breakfast, easy to walk everywhere.

I did get a corner room, with half of the wall/ceiling in the rood due to the roof. If I wont be solo, it wont work for 2 persons, as it takes space. Also not for a tall guests

Simple but neat hotel with very good breakfast within walking distance of the city.

The room was tidy. Spacious, good beds and a bathroom. The breakfast was very extensive and everything fresh. Wide choice of products. The city of Bruges can be reached with a short walk. The owner and staff were very attentive.

A small disadvantage for me was the lack of net curtains, so you actually had to close the curtains immediately to avoid looking into the room. The bathroom had a glass wall, but this did not prevent the entire bathroom from getting wet when showering.

Lovely hotel 15 minutes'walk from the station

Beautiful, clean, quiet, welcoming, functional. We arrived at this hotel after a pleasant walk from the station, but I saw buses passing in front, so it must be possible to get there by bus too. We were welcomed professionally and everything went smoothly. Nice place, very clean and welcoming, with a cozy bar room, a garden and a shed for the bikes hosts can rent. A nice alternative to being in the busy center, which is just a pleasant walk away

Breakfast was great, but the tables in the breakfast room were a little too close, it was difficult to move to and from the main table

Friendly & helpful service from the outset. Room of good size and spotlessly clean. Great breakfast (cheaper if included with initial booking) but still good value at walk in price. Also allowed luggage to be left secure after check out time.

Great place for 1 night!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and because it was my 2nd visit they gave us a small gift (belgium chocolates!).

When we checked-in, the door to our bedroom was already opened (weird) but everything was ok inside.
