The room was as described. Breakfast was very generous, almost too much for us. We appreciated the complimentary beer and the farewell note with chocolate. Parking directly in front of the property was convenient. The area was residential and quiet. Our dog was provided with a dog bowl.

Communication before arrival was difficult, as our messages were not answered in advance. Because of this, the room change from the duplex room to the garden suite had to be arranged spontaneously on site. During check-in, the explanations were extremely detailed and the interaction felt uncomfortable at times. We stayed in the ground floor garden suite. For privacy, the curtains had to remain fully closed most of the time, otherwise the host or guests from the upstairs room could look directly into the room from the garden area. During our two-night stay, the towels were completely replaced without being requested, which did not feel very sustainable to us. The room was also entered during our absence without prior notice. Items had been moved and glasses removed. While this may have been intended as service, we personally did not feel comfortable with it. The location was quiet, but also farther away from the city centre and main attractions than expected.
