Exceptional Cleanliness and Effortless Style, Wrapped in a Warm Welcome

Warm welcome for us and the dogs. The downstairs room/suite we had is well laid out, exceptionally clean and well equipped. It was snowing when we arrived which made the room even more warm and inviting. The suite is tastefully decorated with a powerful and spacious shower and super comfy bedding. It directly accesses the shared garden which is fully enclosed. In addition, there is a park next door for dogs to stretch their legs further. The location is well located for the train station, nearby vets (for worming purposes etc) and is a good walk into central Bruges. Would highly recommend and love to be able to return for a longer stay.

Comfortable, clean and cozy apartment that feels like a home away from home!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Host Lud was incredibly generous, kind, and took very good care of us. We rented two units of the property so that our family of five (including two grandparents) could unwind and enjoy time in Bruges. The homes were the best quality I've experienced when it comes to apartment rentals, the furniture was comfortable, including the beds. The space was super clean and well kept, and you can tell the family that runs the business really pay attention to the upkeep of the property and homes. Lud was so friendly offering us advice for our time there, bringing us treats to enjoy during our stay, and treating us like family. It's a very close walk to a nearby bus stop should you want to take transit to Bruges, otherwise a short drive, or 30mins to the edge of the town. We would HIGHLY recommend this place to others, and consider going back again if we are in the area. THANK YOU LUD and Family!

Wonderful!

Lud was amazing, she is such a lovely lady and she had Jimmy the cat and Pickles to dog there too who were fantastic! Lud gave us all the informatiom we ever needed. Food, drink and more, such a great host! The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped and the area Sint Michiel has a lovely little town centre with everything you need. Taxi to Bruge centre was €10 which was good.

Wow, Lud was so wonderful she is a fantastic host! She was so welcoming and treated our 2 children like family! So glad we chose to stay here to visit Bruges on our way to Holland. Thank you for looking after us. Would definitely recommend to others.

Lud or ‘Aunty Lud’ as we now call her was an exceptional host, we felt very welcome and well looked after. The suite itself was very clean, modern, well appointed, and comfortable… if I could have taken the bed home, I would have! The location is very close to central Bruges, driving is easy and parking cheap but there’s also a free bus close by or the metro.

Wonderful

We spent 3 nights in this casita-like accommodation and the host (Lud) was warm, friendly, helpful. She pointed us to parking garages in the heart of Bruge, grocery stores, things to do. She made us feel right at home. The beds were super comfortable and the place was spacious and spotless. I would highly recommend it.

Quite area, with attentive host, approx 30 min walk into center of Brugge. Good value IMO

Host very friendly and helpful with local knowledge and places to visit. Daily breakfast was superb and she would always check to ensure our needs were catered for. Our dog who came with us was spoilt rotten.

We had an incredible stay at this lovely B&B in Brugge! The host, Lud, was incredibly welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home during our two-night visit. Their pet-friendly approach was a big plus, and our dog enjoyed the stay as much as we did. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect – calm and cosy, yet just a short 30-minute walk or 10-minute bus ride to Brugge center. Also, it's only a 30-minute drive from the beautiful Belgium coast. There were many maps and guides for exploring Brugge and nearby towns in our room. We highly recommend this B&B to any couple, especially those traveling with pets. We'll definitely be back to enjoy the warm hospitality. Thank you to Lud, Lander and Leen for a wonderful experience!

Being a guest - but treated as a member of her family. We all need to learn from Mama Lud how to treat a guest

Absolut clean. Wonderful and shining example for a host. Experiencing this kind of care and fantastic hospitality I have only found in the Hotel Adlon in Berlin yet. The host knows what you need before you ask. The breakfast was also an example of this love and care. We also had a nice walk downtown and an extraordinary dinner at The Passage. I should not forget that Mama Lud also loved 🥰 our dog. A perfect place earns a perfect rating!

Excellent stay with lovely host

Breakfast was amazing! we had booked 2 garden suites it was luxury and very comfortable. Location was very good walking distance to Train station and into the centre of town. The host was excellent couldn't do enough for us. I recommend this place and would stay there again. For us it was like from home to home.

Cosy Christmas break!

The property is fantastic! We loved the size of it, the comfort and how clean it was. We loved the personalised touch from Lud, the lady who took care of us. Everyday we found a little treat from her! The neighbourhood was very quiet and with good bus connections. Walk to the city centre only takes around 30 mins anyway.

Lovely quaint stay

The bedroom and living room interior, made it enjoyable to stay indoors in the evening if you don't want to go out. The dinnerware, wine glasses, mugs, cutlery, microwave, fridge and espresso machine made it a comfortable option to grab a takeaway and just enjoy some wine in the living room with netflix available to watch shows. The neighbourhood is quiet and not too far from the centre of Bruge, made a pleasant walking routine for us, taking perhaps 25-30 mins walk through the train station and between the pretty park before we hit the main streets leading to the centre.

The apartment is upstairs the main house and the stairs leading to this curves and is quite small and steep so not ideal for those with mobility issues, wear heels or who bring lots of luggage. It is managable but something to keep in mind.

One of the nicest B&B, we have visited so far! Cordiality and hospitality of hosts at an unprecedented level. The accommodation offers a very comfortable environment and is equipped with many amenities. All new, clean and immaculately maintained. Furthermore a very good localisation - close to railway station, walking distance to old town in Brugge. No problems with parking. Our highest recommendation!!!

It was a very pleasant place to stay, everything works well, also the explanation in the welcoming e-mail we received before our arrival. Lud provided a super friendly service, as well as some magic home made juices🤩. a place we can strongly recommend.

the only comment here is the distance to the center of Brugge, about 35-40 minutes walk, but this is not a reason for a lower rating.
