A lovely place to stay

Lovely hotel, had a very comfortable stay and the hotel offered a great base to explore Bruges from.

Only very minor problems. Floor was wet in the bathroom on our arrival, we assume it was from mopping but a little unpleasant. The shower and bath also did not drain very well.

Superb location for stay in Brugges but certain things need addressing.

Second room excellent. Location excellent with secure parking nearby Bar and bar staff very good.

Initial room booked was dark - lighting very poor. One lamp didnt work. Phone didn't work. Complained and staff were excellent and moved us to a better room. Lighting in bedrooms need improving. Awful carpet in common areas - healt hazard - needs changing.

I’m leaving the NH Hotel very disappointed

One thing, Location, the rest was rubbish

The main thing was no bar on a Sunday and Monday, which I think is disgusting because they never stated it on any website and we went there especially for my son‘s 21st birthday and we had to use the crown Plaza bar area which was lovely and inviting

Girlies Christmas market shopping trip

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Love the little self service shop in foyer. Decor was lovely. Location in great for the canals, market and shopping. We will be returning.

Great location - dog friendly neighborhood and easy to walk into the center.

Grubby room with stains on bedsheets and moldy windows. Beeping noise was interrupting sleep.

Relaxing few days spent in a beautiful city. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

The hotel is ideally located, with a lot of attractions only a short walking distance away. I particularly liked the bed, incredibly comfortable. Definitely recommend NH Brugge.

My friend and I always stay here when we come to Bruges. It’s think the staff make it extra special

Staff are wonderful. Breakfast excellent and location perfect.

This time our room was cold and the duvet rather thin . A member of staff helped us with the thermostat but it would be good if there were extra blankets in the wardrobe. Also no slippers

First time in Brugges. I recommend the NH hotel

The hotel is well located near the historic neighborhood. Warm welcoming. Easy to find and use the parking. 16,5€/24h. Easy check in. Breakfast well organized. Lot of food.

Wake up at 5AM because the desk guy isn't able to give a emergency number to a Colombian dude who's handle the health of his wife. The room needs a refresh. For 4 stars. It's not enough.

Good location for historic Brugge.

Close to major tourist area. Close to train station. Air conditioned. Good location for coming and going during the day. Liked that it had a fridge. Good pillow choices Liked large size personal care products instead of small individual items. More thoughtful for environment.

Easily hear noise from outdoors. Coffee should be served until noon in the reception area. Difficult to adjust room temperature.

We were very happy with the the NH brand and this location and staff were wonderful !

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet. This is an older , historic hotel, but extremely comfortable. Staff member Laura helped us with our Bookings extended extra day ( we were at the end of a tour package ) so we didn’t have to switch rooms for one night which made a huge difference. Many thanks

The property is a beautiful old convent/ abbey that has been well maintained. We had a king size bed , large bath . Short walks to the square and other areas… Bruges is very walkable. Big breakfast buffet, plenty of seating , excellent food and service, nice cozy bar.

Hotel is outdated, well located though

Rooms are outdated, bad isolation (so we hear all doors banging), shower with curtain (which is always dirty and mouldy), no power outlets near the bed (it's an old hotel). Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, good location. But that's it.

Value for money

While checking in, the staff were really welcoming who even encourages us to try the Hotel's breakfast, basically they had the right customer friendly attitude and we felt that they loved their job. the lady was from Pakistan and the Gent from Bangladesh, really nice people. The room was really nice, good Mattress, towels, Shower Gel, Moisturizer . They provided a Kettle to make Tea/Coffee and of course ingredients. Location was walkable distance to the Marketplace. We parked our car in the same street as the Hotel, but we got a fine of 40 Euros saying that we can't park there {probably the car was German registered and the area was meant for Belgium registered cars} But we found a long-term parking nearby which cost us below 20 euros, a multilevel basement parking just adjacent to the market place. we did an early checkout and could keep our luggage in the small place available in the Hotel.

There was some drilling/construction noise at night which was crazy, not sure it came from the property or nearby. The Room size is comparatively small, but for a city hotel I think we would have to live with it.

A warm welcome for people and their dogs

My dog was so welcomed as were we. Breakfast was varied and delicious and we really appreciated the extension of service on Sunday to noon.

The parking garage is very hard to find.
