Ok. More nomadic than what i think signed up for.

Location New enterior

Cleanliness could be improved. I personally would have preferred my pillow without stains and my sheets without hair. Couldn’t find how to switch between shower head and tap near bathtub. Mattress is way too soft, but that’s probably partially down to personal taste. Could do with warning around hot water running out after a while. Could do with warning around maintenance man starting work in the morning. Could do with with better response time.

Great facilities, comfortable and well laid out.

The apartment was super easy to find, to the point where I actually felt a bit silly catching the bus from Bruges train station - it was literally a single stop! Checking in and out was straightforward and the hosts were easy to get in touch with to ask questions and raise issues. They provided clear guides for using the sauna, underfloor heating etc. both in the property and through an online guide. They also gave good breakfast recommendations, but with town a short walk away it's just as easy to head out and explore for yourself. As the title says, the room itself was exactly as advertised, really cosy. Didn't use the whirlpool so can't comment, but the Sauna worked well, you just have to give it a bit of time to heat up.

As others have mentioned, it's worth noting that the stairs to the rooms on the top floor are quite tight, so prepare yourself if you bring a larger suitcase!

Great location, service was kind of terrible.

The location is amazing, it's close enough to the train station, but also close to the city and all the main attractions. The room was spacious enough and the floor heating made it comfortable.

The terrace was inaccessible, the host let us know beforehand and this was eventually solved through a partial refund, but they let us know on a short notice so we had to accept it since there weren't many other properties available. The door to the terrace was stuck, cracked open a bit, so the cold from the outside would reach the room. There was a LOT of dust under the bed that was accumulated over time. The 'toiletries' in the bathroom were half-filled supermarket bottles, and some of the toilet paper rolls were obviously used by the previous guests. The bedding and towels were clean, but they were stained. But more importantly, in my opinion, is the slowness in replies on the host's side. I inquired about using the luggage after check-out, and the replied 9 hours later (in the evening), after we had solved the issue. On top of that, the house rules said that we had to take the sheets off the bed and pile together all the towels, which isn't a big deal, but it no longer feels like you're a guest - so much for hospitality.

Heerlijk rustig verblijf dichtbij het centrum.

Superfijne en rustige hotelkamer. Niets gehoord van andere gasten. Op een aantal dingen na was alles goed schoon en verzorgd. Centrum en cultuurartikelen is allemaal op loopafstand.

De badkamer muren, badkamer deur en de plinten waren erg stoffig.

Υπέροχο δωμάτιο με φανταστικό και υπέρ άνετο μπάνιο. Πανέμορφη διακόσμηση και μελετημένα όλα με κάθε λεπτομέρεια για την ευκολία στην διαμονή σου .

Αν πρέπει να ψάξω να βρω κάτι «αρνητικό» ή καλύτερα κατι που ίσως του λείπει είναι ένα ποτηράκι για τις οδοντόβουρτσες στο μπάνιο ,πράγμα ευτελές για την άνεση που προσφέρει όλο το δωμάτιο.

We hebben er van genoten!

Er was geen ontbijt inbegrepen, maar er stond wel een waterketel en koffieapparaat met enkele koffiepatches, thees en wat toebehoren zoals suikertjes. Er waren voldoende handdoeken aanwezig, in de badkamer kan je zowel van een douche als van een heerlijk bad genieten. Alles was daar proper. Al bij al hebben we genoten van ons verblijf met alle voorzieningen, zoals een goed bed, genoeg plaats voor kledij en valiezen, een tafeltje en stoelen tegen de muur, kapstok, grote spiegel, een terras met een tafeltje en 2 stoelen, tv, Netflix... Bij het uitchecken om 11u werd ons aangeboden om de locker te gebruiken in de inkomhal. (We hadden enkele uren meer gevraagd om een dagje uit te trekken maar de poetsploeg zou dan al arriveren) De locker was groot genoeg voor 2 trolleys, zo konden we toch nog tot 's avonds van het stad genieten en hoefden we onze bagage niet me ons mee te sleuren.

Bij aankomst viel het ons onmiddellijk op dat de kamer vrij stoffig was. Er lag een dik pak stof op de televisie, in de hoeken en op de plinten van de kamer (Na we dit melden werd ons wel aangeboden om deze alsnog te komen kuisen). Spijtig dat we 's morgens niet konden genieten van een lekkere koffie want het apparaatje werkte niet naar behoren + waren er patches al geopend.

Fijne locatie in hart van Brugge

De locatie, heerlijk wellness gedeelte,mooie inrichting, comfortabel bed, snelle reactie van verhuurder.

Geen zeeppompje, oranje/schimmel voegen bij de douche. Boiler opwarmen duurde minstens 30 min (niet 15 min). Wanneer de whirlpool werd aangezet (bubbelstand) kwamen er bruine roestvlokken(?) in het bad terecht.

Dommage parce que la localisation est excellente !

Il n’y avait qu’un molleton et pas de drap de dessous dans le lit. Il serait utile que la chambre et la salle de bain soient séparées par un rideau opaque et pas seulement une porte vitrée transparente . Cette location se fait sans contact avec une personne.

Zeer net en ruim. Handige ligging.

De stroom viel ‘s nachts helaas uit. Maar gezien ik hier al verschillende keren ben geweest en dit maar 1x is gebeurd hoeven we daar niet over te spreken. Ik kom zeker nog terug. Ik volg een opleiding in Brugge en logeer hier dus zeer regelmatig.

Een ideale locatie op wandelafstand van parking, restaurants, winkels. Leuk dat je ook laat kan aankomen. Alles verloopt via codes die je krijgt doorgestuurd en dat werkte perfect. Hier kom ik nog eens, een adresje om te onthouden en door te geven aan anderen!
