Room and breakfast were very nice. Communication and instructions for finding the parking were very good. We were early and allowed our room early as ready, which was much appreciated.
Room was at the front on the square - nice view, but over the bar and it was very noisy until quite late. It was a Saturday night though and might be better other days. It was expensive, but probably normally so for Bruges, though think they could have given the carparking overnight included instead of for extra.

Room was nice, bed comfy but the mattress kept coming off when I turned over but it was clean and tidy.
I booked for breakfast the night before but I think €25 was a bit much, a percentage of the items I didnt eat, there was no butter for the toast and the hot food didnt consist of anything moist like baked beans so it was all a bit dry.

Good location.
The only two negative were shower flooded due to a lot of hair in shower drain. We had to remove ourselves due to flooding at the time. And the maid did not shut the door when leaving - we could have had things stolen.

The staff was very nice
Right across the street from a carnival. Extremely loud from outside. Rooms were sparse but efficient.
