Comfortable winter break.

Great location with good parking. Spacious room and helpful staff. Room facilities were good, lovely shower. General standard of the hotel was clean and well maintained.

Some facilities closed for the winter, such as the bar.

Well presented ,tidy and clean . In the centre of Brugge and not too far from the 24 city parking , comfortable beds and the facilities where great coffee and fridge available and WiFi

We like the convenient location, the room size, and courtesy of the staff. The location made it very easy for us to go to various sites in the city.

Great hotel!

Location: just across the square from the start of historic city centre. Easy to get to from the E40. Parking: the underground car park is great, with toilets and an elevator to the upper floors. Air conditioning throughout the entire hotel. Breakfast was very good. The hotel will store your bags in a locked room after you checkout, if you wish to see some more sights before you depart.

Location. We didn't have breakfast but sounded lovely with a good selection, next time. Lovely bathroom.

The twin room wasn’t very big and the beds small for adults. It would have been courteous to have been informed about the fairground, purely the fact that it went on very late, although we wouldn’t have changed hotels but maybe bought ear plugs. Two bottles of water would have been nice. The mugs were not washed or replaced from the previous day.

Great hotel, great visit, great city. Will definitely return in the future.

Staff were extremely accommodating allowing us to park underground early and go and explore before checking in. The room was very comfortable and spacious with lovely beds. The bathroom was like a whole other room. Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold foot with fresh breads and pastries, again the staff were very helpful. Location was superb, 5 mins walk to all of the main sights of the city and very easy to get to if driving. A cracker of a market on Saturday in the square outside the main entrance and the cafe/bar at the front of the hotel is great for watching the world go by with a Zot beer.

Splitting hairs really, not a major problem and it was lack of research when booking but there is a city tax, peanuts to pay to be honest. The parking is a bit steep at 25 euro for 24 hours. Although the price is warranted given the security of underground parking with roller shutter, im pretty sure that it is a public car park and not unique to the hotel. A discount for residents would be welcome.

Quality hotel with friendly staff in a great location

Great location only 10 minutes from Brugge's centre and 15 mons from train station. 5 mins to restaurants and shops. Quiet even though near to centre. Helpful, friendly hosts. Very clean rooms and well-equipped with kettle and Nespresso. TV has CNN and BBC. Windows can be opened and the A/C is very good (my top criteria for a room!). Lovely foyer area in hotel with comfy seating and light, bright and modern breakfast room.

Slightly firmer mattress and higher quality towels would be better but this is a very minor detail. Excellent hotel and very comfortable stay.

Good location and lovely staff.

The hotel is very lacklustre. This should be reclassified as a 3 star hotel. The bathrooms are not very nice, the rooms are very small. The shower sets are very poor quality. The view of the square was okay but there was a market there on the Saturday morning. I dont think this is a 4 star hotel and there are likely much better options. The bed was also not very comfortable and the ceiling was falling apart.

Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff. Location was great. Breakfast was very good. Dinner at the Hotelrestaurant "Morningstar" was delicious. We had a great time and absolutely not only recommend this hotel but also having breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Thank you!!

The room was so comfy, temperature was great, and it was clean. Breakfast were good quality for money, fresh and well presented. There was more than enough. Location of the hotel was walking distance from old (historic) town. Close to restaurants that you can choose from. The bus station is near and walking distance from the train station. Great variety of restaurants walking distance from hotel. The staff was exceptional, friendly and very helpful. It was great that there was parking available at the hotel
