The room was decorated lovely and was modern and clean
There was no one to meet us so waited over 30mins before being told to go to another hotel to find some one, the hotel is being refurbished so stairs to rooms are shabby and the room door didn’t have a number so we were woken up at 2.30am by a couple trying to get in as they thought it was their room.
