It’s in a very walkable location. The breakfast was charming and very filling. The room felt freshly renovated and was really nicely decorated.
No air conditioning in a newly renovated room, and no fan to cool things down, either. With the summer heat, it made sleeping not very comfortable. The smart room controls only kind of worked—it took a long time to figure out the lights.

The room was decorated lovely and was modern and clean
There was no one to meet us so waited over 30mins before being told to go to another hotel to find some one, the hotel is being refurbished so stairs to rooms are shabby and the room door didn’t have a number so we were woken up at 2.30am by a couple trying to get in as they thought it was their room.
