The hotel was faultless in every aspect. The rooms were spotlessly clean and extremely well furnished. The breakfast choice and quality was amazing. The location was absolutely brilliant and the staff made our stay so special.

The location is unbeatable with everything so near, the hotel room was also very quiet, very large and charming with an excellent deep bath and powerful shower. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas with attention to detail everywhere. Breakfast was very good indeed and served in a lovely cellar style restaurant with candles, great staff and lots of atmosphere.

Our bedroom would have scored a ten but could only give a nine as the pillows were very hard and lumpy!!!🙁

From the moment we got in the lift it went from beautiful to ok. We always have a nice walk in shower really disappointing to find a old bath with an unusable shower meaning water everywhere etc sorry dont mean to be rude but..who goes on a short break and has a bath?

From the outside it looks beautiful, and the inside is just as beautiful. The bar area is cosy & intimate, the breakfast area is divine and our bedroom was absolutely stunning!

I suggest including safety protection in the stairs at duplex room, the stair doesn’t have protection and barriers can help.

Intimate, lovely homey decor, excellent location and staff

Loved the decor, intimate bar, staff were very helpful with getting us dinner reservations, a taxi etc. The staff was there to assist when needed and let use their boutique hotel like it was your own home. Beautiful!

I think glass around the tub-shower would be helpful to not spray water all over the bathroom while having a shower.

NO handrails for corridor stairs or in-room steps (to bathrooms). This is problematic and quite dangerous for elderly guests. Likewise the most accessible rooms (for elderly) need showers not baths.

Great little hotel very close to the city centre

Everything. The staff gave us a lot of info on check-in about the hotel and even where to go with our dog. We didn't try the breakfast, as our favourite breakfast spot is just a few minutes of walking away.

Very pleasant, a delightful place to stay.

The rooms were clean and well appointed and uniquely decorated. Good size bathroom with shower in room 108. The room contained everything you could need. The location was excellent, a short walk from the centre of Bruges and walking distance from the train station. Beautiful decor throughout the hotel with a cute little courtyard. The breakfast was amazing - so many lovely dishes to try. Staff were very helpful.

The beds were a bit soft for our liking, and the actual room felt a little cramped due to so much furniture crammed into a small space. In 108 the air conditioning wasn't great, but the building is old and the hotel can only achieve so much due to the physical limitations of the building - we were there on some of the hottest days (30+ degrees).

One of the best stays we’ve ever had!

We were absolutely thrilled with this place – truly one of the nicest accommodations we’ve ever stayed in. The building is beautiful, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better. Everything was clean, stylish, and comfortable. We loved every moment of our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

the location was perfect for exploring the old town of Bruges. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was an amazing spread. the bed was very comfy and i had 2 really good nights sleep.

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The room was perfect size and the mattress was the most comfortable I have encountered in a long time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delightful and included a multitude of options. My favorites were the fresh berries and homemade jams. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

We would stay in this hotel again if we visit Bruges in the future.

The location was great, very quiet and a short walk from the main areas. The staff was very helpful with recommendations and they gladly stored our bags as we checked in early and checked out late. Although we didn't use the bar or sitting room, both looked very very nice. There's a very nice sitting area outdoors that we used.
