lovely place but could do better, beautiful city and location

fantastic location very spacious downstairs comfortable beds in main part of bedrooms (only really suitable for 2 couples)

not very clean, dirty pots and pans- we had to wash everything before use, lots of cobwebs steep stairs- no good for anyone with mobility problems beds in roof space in bedrooms- ladders very steep, not fit for use single bed is in utility room not a bedroom

Amazing! Stay at B-Square!

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. There was plenty of room to spread out but still have meals together for our combined families of 9 people and not feel cramped or cluttered. The bedrooms slept multiple people comfortably and each had it's own large bathroom. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy. Getting in the apartment was a breeze. The stocked beverage fridge (at reasonable prices) came in handy. The host went above and beyond when they discovered we had forgotten some medication in the refrigerator. They immediately contacted me and I was able to go back in and retrieve it. So grateful for that!!

There are a lot of stairs as the apartment is 3 levels, plus 2 beds in the loft area. Difficult for people with mobility or health issues but not an issue for the average fit person. A bathroom in the main living area would have been convenient. That said, having 3 baths in the upper bedroom level was a plus when you have so many people.

Very convenient apartment in Bruges.

If you come with family, we recommend you to stay here as close to old town and all attractions in Bruges, also you like to cook for family this place is the must to stay as lot of kitchen tools.

The WiFi is quite limited as the router is in living room whilst the bed room is in the upper floor so the signal is so weak.

a decent stay

location location location

despite the fact it can sleep 9 people there is very sparse seating in the living area. No sofa and not even a tv. 2 bedrooms are on a mezzanine floor with little more than a ladder to climb up to them. could be dangerous after only a couple of Belgiums finest 🍻. there was also no way to control the thermostat, the owner did say he’d turn the boiler on but in the 3 days we were there, it never reached higher than 19 degrees. there was also a very funky smell (seemed like a drain issue) most of the time in the kitchen and dining area. just a few adjustments to make and this place could be a solid 10.

Best place to stay in Brugge

One of the coolest properties I’ve ever stayed in. Gorgeous ambiance in the heart of Brugge, and Pieter was an unbelievable host. Knowledge, flexible and super accommodating. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Lovely little B&B with a great host in old Bruges

The host was awesome; gave us a nice overview of the city and history plus tips on where to go. And the breakfast next morning was amazing (note: is extra, but worth it). The shared space is immaculate and cozy. Location is perfect.

The loft is a little treacherous (there is an unprotected drop, so best to have adults up there). But lovely place for the parents to sleep.

Fantastic stay, what a beautifully designed plane and great host

This fantastic house is designed by a very good architect, it has a great terrace. But best of all is host Karel, who welcomes you warmly and provides fantastic tips for your visit of Brugge.

Mind that you do share the living room and kitchen.

Goede locatie, maar de bovenverdieping moet opgeknapt worden.

De locatie was top, lekker centraal.

Helaas was er veel schimmel in het huis, vooral in de badkamers maar ook bij het dak in de slaapkamers. Daarnaast was het niet heel schoon, een douchekop was heel vies en het was verder ook stoffig en er lagen haren. Het was een oud huis met achterstallig onderhoud, waardoor kozijnen ook vies en soms verrot waren. We gaven dit aan bij de eigenaar bij de check-out, hij herkende niks van wat we zeiden. Hij gaf aan er iets aan te gaan doen, en we hoefden geen toeristenbelasting te betalen. Dit was uiteraard vriendelijk.
