Dukes’ Palace Brugge is a beautiful and elegant hotel that perfectly combines historic charm with modern luxury. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wonderful variety of high-quality options, while the amenities were impressive, providing comfort and attention to detail throughout our stay. The hotel's central location, beautiful architecture, and unique atmosphere made our experience in Bruges truly memorable.
Accessibility inside the hotel could be improved, particularly regarding the elevators and stairs, which can make moving between different areas a bit inconvenient. However, this is perfectly understandable given that the hotel is a historic palace, where preserving the original architecture is part of its unique charm.

Beautiful, character, perfect location, cleanliness was perfect and nice staff. Breakfast was extensive and delicious.
The staff were slow or not attentive enough at breakfast and we waited outside in the evening for a cocktails and never got served (waited over 30 minutes).
The beds were uncomfortable and and a little dated. There is a glass window between the bedroom and the bathroom - not ideal if staying with friends or co-workers. A spa for hotel guest use or other features would have been wonderful.

Location is good
Too old and quite overpriced - room is small, facilities are old, no USB charging, only one small bottle of complementary water
