Wonderful hotel palace. Pretty amazing staff and super location.

The hotel palace is so classy and majestic, near shopping spot and good restaurants/bar are within walking distance. The check in process is so seamless quick and straightforward, Wonderful Dinard from reception made it possible, my booked room is also upgraded. Im happy of my stay. All the staff is amazing, the hotel bar staff also very accomodating.highly recommended.

Our stay at Dukes’ Palace Bruges was absolutely amazing. The palace-like atmosphere made the experience truly special, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations, and I will definitely come back on my next visit to Bruges.

Extremely disappointed

The location and appearance of the the hotel were very high quality. The fitting within the rooms.

The room in which we stayed had faulty air conditioning, was extremely hot due to hot water pipes routed through the floor. Very uncomfortable temp was over 25 degrees all night . We could not resolve this at nighttime and had to have the doors and windows open. Extremely disappointed. We reported this to reception who offered us another room the next day via a note, however we only arrived back to the room at 23:00 on our second and last evening so did not accept as the air conditioning had been fixed and was now working. The note did not acknowledge the fact that the aircon had been the issue. This was extremely disappointing as my self and my partner slept very poorly on the first night. I mentioned this on checkout for which we received a polite apology. Unfortunately it’s left us feeling this wasn’t an appropriate and fair response.

Perfect location, friendly staff and beautiful rooms

The location was very central but tucked away from any main streets. The staff were super helpful - as soon as we parked, someone helped with the luggage and they were all very helpful and friendly. The decor was beautiful and the room were a fantastic size, extremely clean and had great facilities.

Honestly nothing. We would stay again without hesitation so I can’t think of any negatives.

An excellent hotel for anyone visiting Bruges.

The room was excellent, the staff and facilities too. It is very convenient to the city centre and main attractions. The underground car parking was a a great asset. I would certainly recommend it.

We chose not to have the breakfast option as it is expensive at €38 and we felt we were unlikely to get value for money. A nearby cafe provides an excellent menu at around €15. The shower was over the bath and as 80 year olds we would have preferred a walk in cubicle.

A high quality hotel in a great location

Great location, close to the busy centre of Bruges but quiet because it is tucked away down a side street. We stayed in the Residence, an annexe across the street, which was even quieter, but with access to the dining and other facilities of the main hotel.

Staff very professional. We had a slight delay getting back into our room while housekeeping were working on it, not a big issue

Nest hotel ive stayed in for service and price

I cannot fault anything about this hotel. The staff are lovely, the service was exceptional and the food and drinks amazing. Highly recommend if you are staying in Bruges, stay here! You won't regret it. Walk down the street 100 metres and you are in the main square.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. It is very well located near all amenities but very quiet and peaceful, with helpful and friendly staff.

Good stay

This was our 4th stay at the residence but had never stayed in the external suites . They are just as good as in the main building. Fantastic service when we went for breakfast as usual, we were able to order an omelette of our choice.

We paid for car parking for the night we were aware of the cost, no problem with that. What I did have a problem with was that we were NOT told at reception when paying for our parking that there was a new city charge for driving in via the city centre. In the residence I just happened to look at an A4 size information notice, that stated that there was a fine if you did not register your car registration. The reception staff were very helpful when i queried the notice,the fine was new from July 2025 I believe. If a customer pays for parking please tell them about the possible fine if you do not register within 24 hours of driving in the centre.

There was nothing not to like, the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty by the staff throughput our stay.

300 metres to the centre of Brugge, under ground carpark, the hotel and grounds were spotless, the room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. Let’s not forget the breakfast which was fantastic.

Great location and parking, lovely place and excellent breakfast.

Rooms were lovely, staff were amazing, we stayed in the residence, but could use the hotel facilities if we wanted to. We were travelling back from the Netherlands and wanted a stop off to break the journey up. So a priority was a car park. Great location, would definitely stay again. Breakfast was great, excellent choices of quality food, fruit, baked goods, fruit juices, yogurts, cold meats, cereals, Belgium chocolate, waffles, sausages, eggs. There was literally too much to list.
