Really lovely hotel just such a shame about the noise

It was really close to the historical centre. The hotel room was very comfortable and very spacious. Free beer and water on arrival. Bed was super comfortable. Hosts were very good and let us keep our bags in the luggage room. Very nice touch

Unfortunately we were awoken each morning at 7:30am by construction. We were never informed that there would be renovations happening while we were there. Very disappointed in this. When we arrived the water was brown and dirty. We informed the hosts and to be fair they were very good in the way they handled it. Walls were very thin, you could hear people come and go.

Enjoy wonderful Bruges from Hotel Entree

Great, quiet location (close to market square / Belfort) with view of canal. Rooms small but nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Complementary chocolates and beers on arrival is nice welcoming touch. Environmentally conscious with each booking contributing to a tree being planted :)

Perfect for a short stay in Brugge.

The hotel is in a fabulous location, and it’s very easy to get to everything you need to in Brugge. It has a cosy, rustic and friendly atmosphere. The owners truly have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable- coffee and tea in the room, a fridge with water and Belgium beer, a TV with Netflix accounts in various different languages, two different types of pillows for different preferences. I’m so happy I decided to book this hotel and would recommend!

Perfect stay.

We re-found this hotel from an image search of the view of the canal that I photographed 32 years ago and had in my honeymoon photo album. The hotel was even better than we remembered, with plentiful supplies and touching extras. Easy walking from train station and into the centre to see the attractions.

Huge light-filled rooms in a serene locale

This is an incredible little hotel overlooking the canal in a super quiet area of the old town. I had a large corner apartment with four huge windows, one overlooking the canal and two providing a lovely view of historic buildings (the fourth, with privacy film on the bottom 2/3, floods the bathroom with natural light). The attached photo doesn't do the space justice because it's taken from the center; the apartment extends equally in the other direction and the bathroom windows overlook the opposite side from the canal. Access is super easy - just a short walk from the train station, mostly through a lovely park. The busier part of town around the Markt Square is also just a short walking distance away. Everything about my stay here was lovely. I didn't meet the hosts, but communication was clear and easy via booking.com. Check-in was flawless and the post-check-out luggage storage was super handy. This place would be great for a group occupying multiple rooms as there are several nice shared spaces available inside. I appreciated the provided free water and beer.

Comfortable, convenient stay in fabulous location

The room was bigger than we expected, very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The location was also great. We found out last minute we needed some train tickets printed and while the front desk wasn’t manned the staff responded to us immediately and we were able to use the printer in the reception which was very helpful!

Great positioned small friendly hotel. Room was well equipped, including a small fridge which was great. Very quiet and a comfy bed what more could you ask for. Bar's and Restaurants just around the corner and the historic centre within walking distance.

I would definitely stay here, if I go to Bruges again someday

Everything was perfect to stay. Staff, Location, Facilities, Bed, Pillow, TV(Netflix) The bed is really big and nice, the pillows were really comfortable. It was a shame that I only stayed for one day. Welcome chocolates and beer were so nice as well.

It was a shame there was no manual for the coffee machine. There was only one bottle of beer in the fridge to welcome for 2 people but better than nothing!

Fabulous, safe comfortable, great hotel

We loved it the moment we walked through the door, it was old and new combined, it was spotless clean and the staff were present but not invasive, we were left complementary beer and water and there were chocolates in our key box, the bed was so comfortable and a king size, it was in a beautiful quiet location just off the Main Street and it was 10 minutes away from the popular tourist attraction , my daughter is 18 and she loved it too, she said when she comes back she will book here ❤️

The setting in a quiet area overlooking the canal but only a few minutes from shops bars and tourist area. 10mins easy walk to train station. Great shower.Very comfortable bed and pillows. Free beer and water a nice touch. Homely feel and very reasonable price

Work in progress

We were happy with the location which was quiet with a view of the canal. Our 1st floor room on the corner had views both to the front and the side. It was great to be able to leave luggage early. We found chocolates in the key locker and water and beer in the fridge - a nice touch. The hotel was swift to respond to queries and it suited out needs.

This hotel is a work in progress right now so my review may not reflect how it will be in the future. However, first impressions of the inside are that it's a bit rundown and needs a thorough clean and some paint. It's an older property so had steep stairs and quirky layout. Our bed had an uncomfortable rough stretch sheet but the duvet was lovely and new. The shower wasn't easy to use and the soap dispenser was inaccessible on the other side of the shower curtain! I'd be happy to return when modernisation is finished.

What a great place to stay at! It absolutely exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious the bed was comfortable, the coffee and tea in the room were very helpful not to mention the chocolate and the beer that you get as a present upon check-in. Really easy check-in and check-out.

Amazing stay even for one night

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the central part and parking. The view from the window is amazing! The hospitality of the owners charmed us! Although we didn't meet them in person, communication with them was excellent! They have taken care of every detail and everything is adorable! We had a nice welcome surprise - Belgian chocolates and beer! There is also a coffee set in the room which was very refreshing after the long journey! Thank you Entree Hotel!

We had a nice stay. Great location, next to a small canal. Check-in and check-out effortless. They have a room to store luggage. Owners were really nice.

Check-in at 16:00 is a bit late for my taste. Furthermore, the check-out at 11:00 is a bit early considering the late check-in.

Secret garden in central Brussels

Outstanding location, elegant and cool decor, and wonderful hosts. A truly lovely secret hideaway in the middle of Brussels, offering a great space to think or to relax. Loved all the thoughtful touches (and the tea). Calm inner courtyard garden space was a real plus. Thanks so much!

There were some hot water problems, but this was attended to immediately.
