Very polite staff, good breakfest, comfortable bed, convenient location, good room cleaning.
Not far from train station.
There is no refrigerator and no bedside table in the room.

We couldn’t use the safe for the first couple of days but it did get resolved.

Comfortable, quirky, very welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms were sparsely furnished but adequate. No tea making facilities but this may be a British thing!
The lift advertised did not serve all rooms - hence two flights up for an old couple was less than perfect! Parking was advertised on your website but after paying a non returnable fee for accommodation we discovered that it was fully booked. However after contacting the hotel the problem was resolved. Tweaking your website should solve this problem.
