From the moment we met the lovely gentleman receptionist, we knew this was the place to be. He provided us with a map and suggestions of places to go, it was brilliant and he was very nice and friendly.
There was only one thing that we did not like and it was an area of the floor in our room - that dipped when you walked over it, like the floor board had a hole in it, so we had to cover the area with shoes and walked around it while we there. I informed reception. Something you should have repaired from a health & safety point of view.
