Great stay in excellent hotel with superb breakfasts.

One of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. Lovely well presented and tasty food with a huge variety of options - would highly recommend. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location for historic city centre. Comfortable and well equipped bedroom. Good swimming pool.

Servicing of room was a little haphazard. Towels were thin and had been washed a lot. More drawer space for clothes would have been helpful.

The hotel is just outside the town centre along the main road. The hotel car park was full, I dont think there are many spaces, so you had to use the underground car park in the town centre. Ensure you take a wheeled suitcase with you. This is more of a problem for an older person like myself.

Exceptional

The staff were amazing and so helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, whilst everything still felt luxurious. Breakfast was amazing. I don’t think the photos do it justice.

The en suite bathroom was really spacious in our triple room but there were no surfaces to put your things on and not enough space to hang 3 towels. Otherwise the room was great for us.

Amazing stay for family

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved and enjoyed the swimming pool. The fact that children can go as well is amazing, not all the hotels let them.

We loved everything. If I have to say something, it would be the pillows, not that comfortable.

Variety of rooms. Very helpful staff. Public areas had games to play. We had a deluxe double room and enjoyed the extra space. Easy walking distance into centre.

We found it too hot. Although we adjusted the thermostat in the room, it didn’t seem to make much difference

Location - short walk to all Bruges has to offer. The old town is best done on foot or bicycle. Reasonable parking at t’zand - 5 min walk from hotel - ( if they don’t have any vacant spaces - rather limited)

Definitely exceeded expecations!

What a charming place! The decoration throughout the hotel is beautiful — stylish and classy. The rooms are super spacious, very comfortable, and equipped with perfect amenities. The reception team was impeccable: friendly, attentive, and professional. The location is in a calm area, which made for excellent sleep, and on top of it all, the value for money was just amazing. Truly exceeded expectations!

The staff were wonderful - very nice and helpful. The location was great. Very close to the city centre and BMCC.

We were on the first floor on the back hall. The paint needs to be refreshed. There was also a musty odor at times. In our room, the bed was comfortable, but the rest of the furniture was old, with paint and finish coming off. Overall, I would recommend the property.

Exceptional Service and Great Value for a Comfortable Stay

Robert at the reception is one of the most professional and kind receptionists I have come across – extremely polite, helpful, honest, and genuinely keen to make you feel exceptional. The hotel itself offers excellent value for money: it’s easy-going, everything works flawlessly, and while it may not be the most modern property, it provides a very comfortable and reliable stay.

Good hotel for families

Nice room with little balcony. Kids liked the pool. Great breakfast. Nice to have access to the canal walkways. Staff were fabulously nice and helpful.

The family room is just one big room so quite tricky in the evenings once kids in bed. Hotel is very easy access from the road but parking is very limited and finding the public carpark (which is huge) was tricky! It’s further out of the historic centre than I expected so slightly hard for little legs.

Very nice property but could have been perfect if the room was perfectly cleaned up

We liked the facilities, the furnitures in the room. The staff were very nice with us. And the breakfast was very delicious.

We were unfortunate to see that our bed sheets were dirty. There were hair left from the previous client we assume, on our bed sheets. We had to sleep on top of the bed sheet in between to make sure to avoid the dirty parts. Then we also had an issue with our toilets. The flush kept bringing water again and again. We had a hard time to stop it.

Overall good but could do with some TLC in parts.

Lovely spacious room (penthouse). Bath and shower excellent. Friendly staff.

Some parts of room (staircase and toilet) unfinished walls - like in the middle of decoration. No ventilation in toilet. Empty beer can left on private outdoor roof terrace (which needs some attention). Also were not advised of water shut off four 3 hours for essential repairs upon check in. Used toilet without knowing this and then could not flush for a few hours.

Excellent stay in beautiful Bruges ❤️

Excellent placement - a small walk to all the things Bruges has to offer. Nice with aircon during summer. We booked the smallest room they have, which had a steep staircase - but the room was really lovely. Very pretty decorated. The pool was fine. The personel was great.

Good hotel, but unfortunately not completely comfortable stay

The room was nicely decorated and spacious. The breakfast was good and enough choices. The swimming pool was large and clean. The bed was also very nice to sleep.

After swimming the water of the shower was lukewarm and could not get warm. The shower drain was also clogged, after which we had to ask a hotel employee. He manually emptied the drain a bit, but could not solve this until the next day. We were leaving the next day. The cold water was because many guests were using the hot water at that time. I waited an hour while I was still wet from swimming before I finally had warm water. Unfortunately still with a clogged shower drain. I did not find this comfortable. We paid quite a bit and they didn't offer any solution or anything for the inconvenience.

Lovely hotel

Beautiful hotel inside. Gorgeous room which even had an outside terrace area! Great WiFi and air-conditioning. Comfortable spacious bed. Lovely powerful shower and toiletries provided. Room had minibar which was handy for the fridge and tea and coffee provided. Great location just 10 minutes walk from one end of the centre and lots of restaurants etc. Would definitely stay again (but request room furthest away from others!).

Unfortunately the rooms are not soundproofed at all and it was quite noisy when people were outside going into their rooms. It felt like they were talking in the same room! Also very noisy when staff cleaning quite early in the morning. Not ideal but if youre an early riser its unlikely to bother you.

Friendly hotel in Bruges

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a short from the centre of Bruges with restaurants and bars nearby. The breakfast is fantastic with a large selection of hot and cold options. The swimming pool area is relaxing and spa-like.

We had a shower over the bath in our room. The shower wasn’t working and we were told it would be fixed and although we asked several times, it wasn’t.
