Decent, but nothing to write home about.

Comfortable bed

The towels were ripped and not usable. We had to ask for new ones. Also a lack of plugs in the room. We had to constantly unplug lights, kettle, charger, etc. No designated bar person, we had to bother the reception each time.

Hôtel was small and excellent quality. Very boutique. We upgraded our room to a superior room. Well worth it in my opinion. Excellent location - 2 min walk to the centre. It was perfect.

There really wasn’t anything to be honest. If I was to be picky - just Better tea and coffee facilities in the room - didn’t replenish daily so lacked milk. But that was easily sorted with a quick trip to reception.

Proximity to the centre of Bruges, and also only 15 mins walk to train station. The breakfast was very good, and staff were very friendly

Value for money excellence!

The property was in a brilliant location, spotlessly clean and very calm and quiet! A short walk from the station and right near the market square! The inclusion of rituals toiletries and some perfectly made Kir Royales only added to the trip!

Nice modern hotel

Nice modern hotel with easy check in and luggage store for drop off earlier. Room was big and comfortable with balcony and large shower.

Room was a bit bright at night and some noise of slamming doors and corridor however it was comfy.

Great location, no ventilation in the room

Amazing location, very beautiful area, close to everything. Very comfy bed, Rituals hand cream and soap was a great addition to the bathroom. Staff was very friendly

Room no 5 looked at the street behind the hotel, downstairs room with no windows, only a huge door, which the staff couldn't find the key. We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and couldn't get any fresh air in the room. AC was working fine, but the room got vey stuffy at night and uncomfortable to sleep

Clean, good beds for comfort, immaculate bathrooms. Also very friendly and approachable staff. Customer service with a smile costs nothing and they delivered.

Location is great.

This is not a four stars hotel so the price for value is very poor. The room, facilities and infrastructure all felt outdated - toilet was cracked, bathroom fan didn’t seem to be working and there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Both receptionists were also unfriendly and unwelcoming.

Amazing location, good room, poor attitude

The hotel is very well located, the rooms spacious and well air-conditioned

The staff misled me before arrival and there was no apology about it after checking in. Just a shrug and a deal with it attitude. The amenities do not fit a 4*, there is nothing beyond shower gel, shampoo, hand wash and hand body pumps. There is no complimentary filtered water or bottled water. Small water bottles are in the fridge at a €3 charge.

Great location 5 minute walk to Markt area and many cafes and shops. Clean comfortable room with balcony. Nice small bar for after dinner drinks. Nice outside area to sit.

Central and Comfortable, but Lacking in Guest Communication

Fantastic location: Just one block away from the main square and all central attractions—ideal for exploring Brugge on foot. Comfortable rooms: Nicely designed with thoughtful layouts, including a separate toilet and shower which added convenience. Excellent breakfast: One of the best I had during my 20-day, 18-hotel trip. A wide variety of quality options that truly stood out.

Parking confusion: Very limited parking available, and I was not informed in advance that it required a separate reservation. Driving restrictions: Although the hotel is outside a restricted zone, guests still need to register their vehicle to avoid a fine—something the hotel failed to inform me of, which could have resulted in a ticket. Fingers crossed registering on the day will do the trick. Customer service issues: The front desk staff displayed a poor attitude during check-in, which was disappointing. While it was eventually resolved after I raised the issue, it left a negative impression.

Great location but there are much better hotels in Bruges

It is very central. The staff are friendly and attentive.

There was no option of fried eggs or an omelette at breakfast. The scrambled eggs were unpleasant and far too runny. There was no waffle machine (NH Hotel has one as do some other hotels in Bruges). The twin room is unfortunately just a double bed pulled apart whereas some hotels in Bruges actually provide you with two queen beds. Also why have a toilet in a separate room without a sink in it. It is just unhygienic when it comes to touching door handles. It is also quite noisy outside as there is a lot of foot traffic late at night and the seagulls are also loud beyond belief as soon as the sun comes up.

Genuinely nice hotel, in a great location.

Great location and a stones throw from a good selection of restaurants. Very clean and comfortable room with good aircon. I would stay here again.

I had a problem with the safe (my fault) and it was not 'repaired' during my stay - having reported it to reception, as it said on the instructions, the person I spoke to said he had no idea and I should speak to housekeeping. They were helpful, but nobody came.
