We were unable to enjoy the breakfast as it was not available until around 9am and we had to eat elsewhere to be able to make our train.

We had a wonderful time in Bruges! The hotel was perfect.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The rooms were large and very comfortable.

Getting large suitcases up to the top floor could be an issue.

Really pleased with our choice of accommodation, would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bruges.

Excellent location, close to all the sights of Bruges but tucked away for a peaceful retreat. Breakfast was outstanding, local produce all beautifully presented and the owner was super friendly during the breakfast service.

Very picky but the towels were a little disappointing, being on the small and thin side 😀

Fantastic place to launch a tour of Brugge.

Everything. The location is great. It is just far enough off the main road to be quiet. The owners are wonderful and easy to communicate with. The room was clean and very nice. This is our second stay, if we return to Brugge we will stay here again.

To be honest, for this price we would have expected more

Big room, great location

Very noisy, you could easily hear sounds from the street and especially on Saturday night there were a lot (even with the windows closed). Also, in the night the airco went on automatically every 30mins (?) with a lot of noise, and it was impossible to switch/keep it off.

Lovely boutique B&B right in the heart of Bruges

Fantastic location right in the heart of Bruges, generous room size, well appointed room and really comfy bed. We had a lot of luggage with us so the storage and the generous wardrobe space was really useful. The new owners are super friendly and helpful and we loved the little extras like chilled water and pastries were left each day.

Good location, clean and modern but very poor service

The room was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. It’s in a great location for exploring Bruges.

When we arrived we couldn’t get in as someone had locked the door from the inside, and as it is an unattended hotel there was no one to sort it out. We only got in by luck when someone else left. On our last morning there was some very load roadworks outside from 6am which we were not warned about, and when we reported it to the hotel they were completely not interested, and the person in the hotel only wanted to make sure she collected the city tax off us. They were digging up the road with a jackhammer and it literally was shaking the building. Not impressed, especially as we were looking forward to a leisurely start to our final day.

Quiet, cosy, unobtrusive haven to relax in after a busy day sightseeing in the bustle of Bruges

Wonderful location, quiet and cosy building. Spacious room with beautiful facilities. The little touches like suggestions for breakfast venues (as I was not dining at the B&B) were much appreciated.

The air conditioning unit was difficult to work out. The toilet flush button was close to breaking. Very small details and absolutely not enough to detract from the enjoyment of the place.

Chester BnB surprised us, it is a great value, beautiful rooms, and has an amazing location!

1) The rooms were beautiful. The high ceilings added to the feeling of space. We had a small courtyard off of the bathroom and it lovely. 2) The bathroom was spacious and clean and modern. 3) We liked almost everything.

The only thing I could think that was a small problem was that the taxi/ride share driver could not find where to drop us off. A lovely lady doing her afternoon shopping helped us find the front door.

Absolutely outstanding property in every way. We can’t wait to return.

Perfect location, just minutes from the main square and on a small, private square. Elegantly decorated and also homely and cosy. Comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. The room was enormous.

The only challenge was the narrow staircase but the property has so much to offer I’ll easily overlook this.

Heating was a bit hit and miss to get right either too hot or cold. English instruction would be handy (probably operator error!)
