The breakfast was excellent
The elevator broke on our second day and we had to carry our bags down a flight of stairs. I have to think that this was an unexpected problem.

Location was great
Breakfast - stale bread and pastries and out of date yoghurt. Other people had been offered cooked eggs, none for us. Asked for English breakfast tea which all hotels have and was told "no this is Belgium!!"
