Amazing location, really close to the center and car parking. The place was really tidy and clean. Everyone was able to rest properly, and there was no noise from outside. Beds and couch confortables, and the windows with good view and a lot of light with curtains open. Also the water heats really fast. Regarding breakfast wasn't included but we could still heat coffee or tea and we have plates and tools to use to eat, and a few mini markets close to the area. Absolutely amazing experience, and we could see Gr. Hans. prepared everything and every detail for our arrival. If i go back to bruges (3rd time already) will definitly try to book here again.
To be honest nothing was bad. Spent one night only but everything exceeded my expectations.

The room looked even better than in the photos. The host provided very clear check-in instructions as well as plenty of useful tourist information. The room was very warm and cozy, the location was perfect, and the bed was very comfortable.
The only small downside was the separate hot and cold water taps in the sink and a shower thermostat that did not work very well.

The property was exceptional, clean, tidy and exactly what we wanted for a shirt stay. It was a five minute walk into the centre which was great!
