Loved this B&B and will be rebooking on our next trip

We absolutely loved our stay here, the room and the bathroom were so spacious, bed was so comfortable, the location was central in Brugge, but was also a very peaceful and quiet area. Cleanliness was of a very high level. Although we never saw anyone, contacting them and communicating was quick and easy, which was demonstrated when we had a miscommunication about the parking, which was resolved within the day. We received all information on what to do on our arrival, how and where to park, the code to get into the building, and where our key would be prior to arriving, and it was all very straightforward. Highly recommend this B&B and will definitely return

The only suggestion I would make is maybe have bedside tables with drawers, as there was limited space to put our clothes

Comfortable bed, nice room and bathroom. Close to centre of town so easy to get to all the sights.

Mozzies in the room... But this was mostly our fault as we left the window open whilst we were out. Shower could have had a bit more water pressure... But it was good enough.

Wonderful b&b, well-located, well-designed, impressive. A tad pricey though, but if you dont mind paying a bit more,

A modern, wonderful, well-designed B&B in 3 floors (G, 1st and 2nd), w a lift, a well-equipped common area w free drinking water and quality eating utensils for your whole stay. Security is quite good, bed and pillows very comfortable and nice, toilet very clean, spacious, w quality toiletries.

No room fridge, only 2 hangers, and the whole room could do with a bit more lighting. The room can be a tad dark w its dark-colored walls and spot-lighting only on one side of the room. The toulet is vercwell lighted though.

The facilities were lovely, the staff was so kind and helpful, and we loved the location - a short walk to the center but tucked away with a feeling of privacy and calm.

We had a fantastic weekend here. The room was spacious, modern and clean. Coffee and tea facilities were provided in the room which was great. There is also a communal kitchen area with fridge etc. but we didn’t need to use it. The bathroom is large with a walk in shower with amazing water pressure. The TV had Netflix and the bed was super comfy. A fan is also provided which was perfect as we like to sleep in a very cool room. The location is down a side street so nice and quiet but a short walk to the market square. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bruges.

Excellent location, a cozy and well-appointed room, an exceptionally comfortable bed—and the garage is a true asset.

Everything is self-service, which is clearly explained, but managing the codes and keys can be a bit of a hassle. Breakfast is served in the room—it’s adequate, though not particularly memorable.

So handy for the all the areas of interest, just minutes walk. Secure parking and access to the building was also secure. The room was comfortable with quality toiletries and bedding. Having breakfast put outside the door in the morning by 0830 was a big plus and a great breakfast it was, More than enough so doubled up for lunch as well. Useful kitchen avaible to store food in the fridge or use crockery etc. This is DIY entry etc and rooms can be serviced or not but the one person I did meet was very friendly and helpful. The communication if you had questions was very speedy, Many thanks for a really enjoyable stay,

We had a lovely stay!

Private, quiet, and not too far of a walk to get anywhere. We enjoyed the coffee machine in our room and the delicious butter cookies. Excellent bakery for breakfast, sandwiches, snacks, etc. a few doors down.

On the small side, and the slowest elevator ever…take the stairs! Rooms are hot in summer, no AC, but they offer a fan.

Good location. Quick friendly message replies. One place recommended for breakfast really close was not open on a Sunday but "Just Toast" was and I'd recommend it! I was able to park on the street for a sensible fee quite close to the property.

Cleanliness - massive stain on the curtain, thick dust & objects under the bed, mirror in bathroom splattered, toilet and shower areas could have been prepared to a higher standard. The price didn't reflect on the quality or standard expected

A fantastic stay in great accommodation in the centre of Bruges

Zakske 13 was afantastic place to stay in Bruges - lovely, large and light room overlooking the garden with a nice modern bathroom and a very comfortable bed,. It was also in a great location for exploring Bruges and they even had bikes for us to rent cheaply for a day's cycling along the canal into the Netherlands. Manager Erin, and the whole team, were also super responsive, kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and can't recommend it highly enough.

Good location

It was in the heart of Bruges, close to everywhere which I really liked. I woke up for the sunrise and I was near the canals in a few minutes.

Even though we ordered a double bed, it was two single beds which was not very comfortable when you are with your partner. This can be the only negative thing I can mention about this hotel.

A LOT of noise from the apartment above until very late on the first night of our stay. No coffee pods for machine, 1 or 2 would be nice. Advertised as a very large room but a third of this was the bathroom. Lots of mosquitoes in the room so couldn’t open window after we’d got rid of them.

A great location and lovely stay

Great location for us, far enough out of the tourist trap on a very pretty road and a short walk to the main square. Easy access to the property. The room was clean, a large comfortable bed and the pillows were great. We thought we had a breakfast box included in our stay as the place is a B&B but having not received it the first morning and asking why we were told we had to add this as extra. The next morning we provided with a free box and it was fantastic. Super filling and lots of delicious things.

The breakfast box add on could have been clearer upon booking.

Worth the money, lovely B&B

Location: Proximity to the centre. The room was a good size. Huge bathroom. The Zakske team, especially Erin were exceptional. They provided an electronic mosquito repellant. We would stay there again.

The small fan we had didn't work as well we would like. It was unseasonably warm during our stay and leaving the windows open was not an option as the majority of tourist accommodations in Bruges are near a canal and those pesky mosquitos.
