In general good experience 10 min from the city centre.

I liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the modernity of the furniture, and that it was spacious.

Maybe an elevator instead of stairs only.. with luggages it can be a bit difficult.

Probably could put some rugs on the floors , the room above us was very heavily walking around late at night and we really struggled to get to sleep

Excellent Stay

The communication, the facilities were excellent, clean and worked very well including the small touches like coffee machine, fridges, glasses etc. Really enjoyed our stay., would definitely recommend to a friend.

These are all even better if suggestions and not dislikes. The hot tub instructions didn't correspond to the tub, easy to use the tub so we worked it out. Add rack to keep clothes/ suitcase so you are not living of floor suitcase. Add a light near the mirror, very difficult to get ready and do make up with current low light. Add window frosting to front so people can not see in directly.

Unsafe, dangerous and not very clean

Not much

The fact the front door didn’t lock properly and had to be blocked with the smelly sofa for security. The mezzanine floor with no safety bar/balcony The utterly dangerous and unsafe spiral stairs case to access the sleeping area. Bathroom had an array of dead insects, some of which had been painted over but still visible. Truly disappointing and we felt unsafe all night. It ruined the start of our annual family holiday and I will NEVER go back here again.

Perfect for our quick stop in Bruges.

A lovely area just a few minutes stroll from the centre. Secure overnight parking just around the corner. Exceptional communication from the hosts, with all the details sent plenty of time before trip. Rooms large and pleasant and extremely comfortable beds.

Showers were a little basic and not luxurious. Communal space like hallways a little tired and could use some updating. But not a problem and would recommend staying here.

Appartment was very cozy, located in a very nice neighborhood, close to the centrum, but very very quiet. The host provided a lot of useful information.

Beautiful as expected

The room was as expected on the pictures: beautiful. We loved the comfortable beds and the big shower. It was simple but more than enough. A nice little touch is the access to Netflix on the television (Dutch, French, English). The hotel is easily accessible with the car (as far as centre of Brugge is accessible). Before arriving, we got several messages on Booking.com from the hotel/hosts with suggestions where to eat, drink, musea to visit and parking spots (free and paying). Which is more than nice for tourists.

Two noticable things were less 'nice'. The floor of the room was durty. We would take dirt from the floor into the bed. And second, as the hotel is situated in an old building the walls are thin. Whenever someone would go up the stairs, open the frontdoor or if people were passing by on the street and just (normal) talking you could hear it. Luckily, the hotel is out of the bussiest parts of the center so not many people pass by. As so where the other guests respectful. There was also nobody 'welcoming' us, you get a code to enter the hotel, no checking-in with a person (not necessarily negative). But, just a heads up for everyone visiting this nice hotel!

Excellent stay and would definitely stay again if ever back to Bruges

TV options, nearby kitchen and daughter loved the upstairs beds as it gave her some private space. The room was gorgeous and very roomy. The building itself was beautiful. Walk to center was close by.

The stairs in suite were a bit steep so left luggage downstairs.

Loved the size of the room! Nice big bathroom. Very comfy bed and good powerful hairdryer.

We would have really appreciated having some bottled water upon arrival. After travelling for 36 hours our first thoughts were to get to the hotel but we were incredibly dehydrated and ended up having to walk 20 minutes round trip in search of water. Additionally, we had big suitcases that required a taxi to the train station, but having data only SIM cards, we were unable to call a taxi. At the hotel there was no land line for us to call off and no staff to ask for help, making us almost miss our train had we not asked a stranger.

Dan was very friendly all the time and we had a great time in the hotel and in Bruges. The room was very comfortable and well decorated. Kitchen facilities were very good.
