Situation to the city centre. Staff extremely helpful and polite.
Indoor swimming pool wasn’t what I expected. It was stuck down underground and not really that inviting.

Location is great. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Nothing ever seemed to be too much which is always the sign of a great hotel

The staff were fantastic ,they were very welcoming and accommodating. We couldn’t fit in parking, but they allowed us to store our bikes in secure compound.
A shame nearest parking was shut, but not the fault of the hotel

In a good area but had a problem with the room, was not happy where it was so we had the bedroom changed when we went to the room door was open bed had been used and so had the bathroom so complained we had another bedroom but we could not sleep with all the traffic so after one night we changed again this room was lovely but it did take the edge of some what with all the problems.
