Extra ordinary Staff, facilities, breakfast. Everything. The Location could also not be any better. We loved our stay.

Great location, beautiful dining room & incredible food, both breakfast & dinner.
Was very disappointing that the fires couldn’t be lit, it was snowing with a wind chill of -7° but when we were asked we were told no!
Stairs are incredibly dangerous!

Unfortunately the air-conditioning didn't work and the door handle feel off in my hand. Carpet in our room could do with a new one.
Spent 3 days and the staff were fantastic 👏 more then helpful just a bit let down with the things I mentioned.
