Lovely hotel in a wonderful location, but still very quiet. Helpful and professional staff and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Breakfast was 38 euro which seemed very high (although there was unlimited sparkling wine). However, no complaints about the hotel or service!

Our stay at Hotel Dukes’ Palace was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. The hotel’s setting in a restored 15th-century palace is breathtaking — full of history, charm, and elegance. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a stunning stained glass window that made it feel truly special. The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was exceptional, with so many delicious choices in a gorgeous setting. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the main square, yet peaceful and quiet. Every detail was flawless. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough — it’s pure magic in the heart of Bruges!

The Dukes’ Palace is simply outstanding. A fabulous hotel, with charming and delightful staff. The breakfast was magnificent too and our junior suite was extremely special. I’ve been to numerous countries and stayed at many hotels over the years, this hotel is up there as one of the best we have ever had the pleasure of staying in, highly recommended in a heartbeat!

Very well located in Bruges. Easy walking distance of all the attractions, restaurants, cafes, shops and so on. Beautiful grounds and peaceful sleep at night in a very comfortable bed. Breakfast good, plenty of choice although all self service buffet. No eggs cooked to order. Good access to train station, within walking distance. Very much enjoyed a 3 night stay here.

Make sure to ask for some sort of view. Some rooms look out into a window well and at a brick wall a few feet away. Location and facilities were top notch. Breakfast buffet was great, but there are also many other great breakfast options nearby.
