Luxury hotel in the heart of Bruge
The location was superb, the room was amazing, the service was fantastic, breakfast choices were great and the public areas (breakfast room and lounge) were well designed and lovely spaces to relax/eat/drink.
One small thing was the glass door to the bathroom; dangerous when trying to navigate in the middle of the night (caught my thumb twice in the door!) and not in keeping with the rest of the hotel design. However, it didn't affect the enjoyment of our stay.

The room was very dirty on arrival, the carpet had a layer of dust and few pieces of trash like a candy wrapping and a tissue. The headboard had some stains and we found some hairs on the bed..

It could be much better...
The breakfast and living room are great places to relax. Location is perfect.
Unfortunately, 2 nights out of 3 stay, we did not manage to sleep properly since the room was seriously cold. The manager gave us a 50% discount - equivelent to €120 on extras, for our trouble. A kind gesture but even if we had 100% total discount the inconvinience and back pain can not be compensated...☹️
