We stayed for one night in a hotel in the countryside and got the greatest out of it.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The buildings were nice. The bed smelled amazing. The pool was lovely for a little afternoon dive. The breakfast was great. Bart and Evert were so nice.

Great place to stay for relaxation

The hotel is situated in a rural area. It’s silent and you can truly relax there. Our kids loved the pool and the farm animals. And the breakfast is delicious. We would definitely stay here next time we visit Brugge.

BART and Evert are amazing hosts, the breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had it just keeps coming….. the hotel is so so clean and if I’m ever to travel to Belgium this is the only place I would consider staying. 11/10

The breakfast it is complete, exclusively of local production, as the eggs and fresh milk are from the neighbouring farm. Carefully arranged to the smallest detail. The personal is well mannered, ready at any time to offer extra services and attention.

There is nothing that I can complain about, and this is not often.

Beautiful location and property - but was a little difficult with a toddler.

The property was beautiful, and located amidst a farm - was quite pleasant and lots of calm and fresh air. The breakfast was also really great. Do inform them of any dietary preferences - and they will accommodate accordingly. The free parking was also helpful, and it was just a 10 min drive from Bruges and some other nice beach locations.

Although the property said they were welcoming children - it isn't entirely built for kids. We had a room with a loft like room, which would've been beautiful - if not for our 2.5 yr old who simply wanted to climb stairs into the loft all the time. There was a moment during breakfast, when our toddler was a little unwell and was crying. One of the hosts shushed him, maybe it was a joke - but we felt a little uncomfortable due to that as we started feeling like we were causing disturbance - although the other guests around us seemed quite considerate about our crying child.

Great place to be!

Very nice small hotel in the country, very close to the coast. Big rooms and very comfortable and a lovely lounge and breakfast was included. The small things matter and that really is worth mentioning for this hotel. It looks also like a big bed and breakfast but with hotel facilities. Well done!

For 1 night I could not come up with a big thing, a tip is that the coffee is not strong, but maybe this is a personal taste. Overal a great place to be.

Superb

Very friendly hosts; we were made to feel very welcome and this also applied to our dog :-) Quiet location, beautiful home, comfortable bed, minibar in the room, lovely garden and pool. Nice apéro by the pool (delicious local gin), fabulous breakfast (wide selection of delicacies, best and freshest 'koffiekoeken' ever). Thank you for that warm welcome. We can't wait to go back. Short stay close to Knokke

The staff was very friendly, very helpful. Breakfast was tasty and with a lot of choices for old and young. The owners go above and beyond to meet the needs of the guests. We had two connecting rooms and our boys found theirs really cool!

Very friendly staff, amazing breakfast. I loved the bespoke embroidered bed linen, gave it a very personal touch. Obviously someone has spent a lot of time considering colours and decor. I loved the style at this hotel and would definately come back.

The restaurant wasn't open in the evening but we had contacted the staff in advance and knew in time to arrange alternative sustenance.

Perfect place to stay when coming by car but still want to be close to all attractions.

Wonderful location in the middle of the countryside among the dairy farms, yet extremely close to Brugge and the beautiful beaches of the North Sea. The owners are very attentive, the property is wonderful with many lovely areas to sit indoors and out and a great pool. Breakfast had great variety and was very fresh. We wish we could have stayed more than just two nights! We will return and recommend it to our friends that come to the Brugge area.

Onnavolgbaar super

Hoe de heren het doen, ik weet het niet, maar ze runnen hun zaak op voortreffelijke wijze. Met hun klanten gaan ze om alsof we vrienden zijn die na een afwezigheid met vreugde worden begroet. En in de watten gelegd! Op culinair vlak, zeker; qua gastvrijheid sowieso. Het boutique hotel is prachtig, binnenin huiselijk, gezellig, schoon. De tuin en de omgeving is ronduit super. Wij komen graag terug, al is het niet altijd makkelijk om een kamer te boeken. We zijn duidelijk niet de enigen die Het Bloemenhof graag bezoeken.

Tout ! A commencer par l accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse des notre arrivée on se sent bien dans cet établissement. La chambre est grande, confortable calme. Très belle sdb spacieuse. Petit déjeuner de roi ! Servi à table et toujours avec autant d attention. Confitures maison délicieuses, tout vous est proposé du salé au sucré. Meilleur petit déjeuner depuis des années !! In alle rust genieten!

Zeer fijne B&B. We verbleven 3 nachten en hadden het hier volledig naar onze zin. Vriendelijke ontvangst, fijne tips voor uitststappen, goede begeleiding voor fietstochten. Mooie kamer/badkamer met al het nodige. Sauna/jacuzzi beschikbaar (reserveren en toeslag), ruime parking en mogelijkheid om elektrische fietsen op te laden in aparte stalling. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt waarmee je de dag goed doorkomt. Mits voldoende gasten 's avonds wensen te blijven eten, maakt Evert een top 3-gangenmenu met aangepaste dranken. Wij hadden het geluk dat we 2 avonden van zijn kookkunsten mochten genieten. Echt een aanrader! Vanuit 'Het Bloemenhof' maak je mooie fietstochten. Eén dag fietsten we naar Brugge, een andere dag via Heist door de Zwinpolders naar Cadzand.

Niets, we hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf!

Bart en Evert zijn mannen met hart voor de zaak, dat zie je terug in het hotel. De 4 persoonskamer waarin wij verbleven is uitstekend geschikt voor een verblijf met kinderen. Er zijn heerlijke bedden. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en overheerlijk.

Nous étions 5 couples, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous étions ensemble autour d'une belle table pour un déjeuner copieux, varié , frais et pour un souper juste exceptionnel (parfumé, de belle portion , belle présentation). Nous avons d'excellents conseils pour une balade à vélo (réserver à l'hotel) ...... L'endroit est cosi pour prendre l'apéritif en terrasse au bord de la piscine ou dans les fauteuils du salon
