The view from the suite was lovely. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hot chocolate as a welcome drink was the best hot chocolate ever! Love the decoration and all the details.

Great location to the Christmas markets, hotel offerings and staff met all expectations
We did not have breakfast but it was offered in the dining area, we walked through and saw some of the meals that other guests were having and it looked delicious.
