The Crowne Plaza is centrally located in the historic district. The hotel has a quiet location with easy walking to major areas. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices.

Staff was super helpful overall. And beyond great when I needed to use the computer - literally climbed into the crawl space to get the computer on.
The location was more than advertised - so amazingly close to everything but since it was off to the side it was quiet. The swimming pool was perfect for my kids and the room space was big enough for a family of 4
Nothing - everything was perfect. Will stay here again the next time we are in Brugge

The staff is very polite and helpful, and willing to help. Their service was outstanding. Location is great and the hotel very clean. Also happy to have a gym and indoors swimming pool.
Even though they offer 500ml water for free each day, if you wish to buy extra water , a litre of water costs €9!
