Great Location for Brugge stay

Its a wonderful place for visiting Bruges. It is right on the edge of the old town and 2 min walking distance to Grote Markt. In short, you are close to everything. The hotel staff give you the area map and also highlight the key places to visit i.e in day and night. The map is very handy. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff at breakfast were very helpful. They have ample space for underground parking - that was very comfortable for us as we parked and walked away in the nearby areas.

We heard hammer noise while we were checking out and also observed a spider in our room. Other than that all was fine.

Location is great. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean and bigger than expected. Go down to the basement to see the original foundations and crypts of the 10th century St Donation's Cathedral.

Breakfast was better than standard hotel buffet, but not as good as freshly cooked.

Perfect location for visiting Bruges.

Lovely hotel, wonderful location for visiting Bruges. It is right on the edge of the old town and pedestrian area so you are close to everything, but you can still drive into their parking garage, which is great! Breakfast was wonderful and the staff at breakfast were outstanding, going beyond the norm to make sure we were happy. We have been to Bruges several times previously and always stayed at a lovely hotel just around the corner, but decided to try the Crown Plaza for a change and were very happy with our choice.

Price is super high, staff is rude and place is dirty

The location is really in the center of the Old city of Brugge

The floors are very old, the carpets in the corridors were smelly and dirty and the hotel staff was very rude and not responsive to our request. Also there was a city event and cars were not allowed in the city center so we were asked by the hotel staff to drive out , park the car 15 minutes from the hotel- no one bothered informing us in advance and giving us the option to choose. They refused to cancel our booking…

bad service in a good location

There were no bathroom slippers in the hotel room. Unfortunately, I was not informed about this before arriving and they were not there.

Even though I stated that I would be arriving at the hotel by car over the weekend, I was not informed that all roads leading to the hotel were closed over the weekend. This left me in a difficult situation. In other words, they are not taking care of me.

Perfect location for exploring Bruges. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We're past the age where old stone steps leading to a room, or rooms on the third floor with no elevator are charming. Having a modern hotel right in the historic district was a boon.

It truly was a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was beautiful, and its location couldn't have been better. We found the breakfast to be very good, providing a great start to our days. The bar, terrace, and restaurant were simply magnificent, creating a lovely atmosphere for relaxation. Additionally, the area surrounding the hotel offered a wide variety of restaurants, which added to the overall experience. It was great to have so many dining options to choose from.

Great passionate staff. Helpful. Had an issue with the safe and called the front desk. They girl at the front desk came up to the 5th floor ASAP with a tool and fixed it. Pretty impressive. Breakfast was affordable and just right. Good selections Location: Superb.

Excellent hotel In a prime location.

Excellent location in the town, our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a range of both hot and cold food. We enjoyed an excellent evening meal in the restaurant. The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. We have stayed here before and will definitely do so again.
