Both Lesley and Chris, brilliant hosts. Breakfast superb, set us up for the day. Denes, spotless, great location.

Lovely characterful Victorian house within short walking distance of the beautiful Valley of Rocks. Comfortable room and great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful hosts who helped to make our first visit to Lynton so enjoyable, particularly the sunset walk recommendation!

The hosts were friendly and a wealth of knowledge for the local area. Breakfast was lovely too, with a great selection. Location great for both The Valley of Rocks and for Lynton eateries and the railway down to Lynmouth. Treats in the room for our honeymoon too - loved our stay.
The bed wasn't very comfortable - too hard. Could do with a mattress topper. The shower was tiny - very difficult to move or even wash hair without touching the walls.
