We were supposed to have a parking spot allocated to our room but it was full

Amazing location, functional rather than charming.
Wonderful location by the sea. Clean room and hearty breakfast made for us by friendly staff.
There was no sea view from our room, and it felt a bit sad looking out onto the building site opposite. This place is no longer a hotel, but a rather functional, soulless B&B with no communal space to enjoy the incredible location. Staff friendly at breakfast but otherwise not visible. The slope to the carpark was somewhat daunting too!

Despite the building being a period home, the ambience was of an efficiently run business property .dark bedroom even though we paid extra for a balcony laid with Astro turf and lightweight plastic chairs. Shame because the place could be amazing

lol not having a sea view, on the same token I booked with only one room remaining so we managed our expectation. The room was great. The location suited us perfectly.

Beautiful place to stay in a stunning part of England.
The location is 10+++++. Incredible view and sound of the sea hitting the rocks. Great walk along the cliffs starts just along from the hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The shower was huge and really hot and lots of water coming out of it. Very quiet hotel. I would happily go back again and again.
