The location was perfect everything within walking distance. A lovely choice of breakfasts which were delicious. The hosts Gregg and Jacqui were very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. Our room was lovely very clean and a nice view.
Lynton has some very steep hills so be prepared!!

Lovely freshly cooked breakfast with a menu to choose from the night before. The home made granola was exceptional. The room was bright and fresh. Gregg and Jacqui have made their home a welcoming retreat.

Beautiful property in a great location. The room was very comfortable and clean. Gregg & Jacqui were lovely hosts, and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again!

Apologies for the very late review, Gregg and Jacqui. My husband David and I stayed at Lee House from Monday 1st to Friday 5th September in the West Lynn room, which was very comfortable, spotless, and had a lovely little balcony.
Jacqui’s breakfasts were beautifully prepared and really set us up for the day. Gregg was the perfect front of house, always friendly and attentive while serving breakfast. He took a genuine interest in what guests had planned and gave us excellent tips on places to visit, including a helpful shortcut to the Thai restaurant!
We’ll definitely be returning to Lee House and will be recommending it to our friends and family. Thank you, Gregg and Jacqui, for a wonderful stay. Enjoy your well deserved break over the winter. Emma & David
