A homely comfortable B&B which was great to return to after a long walk.

The location was great for walking around Lynton & Lynmouth. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast with a menu to choose from the night before. The home made granola was exceptional. The room was bright and fresh. Gregg and Jacqui have made their home a welcoming retreat.

Excellent Stay!

Apologies for the very late review, Gregg and Jacqui. My husband David and I stayed at Lee House from Monday 1st to Friday 5th September in the West Lynn room, which was very comfortable, spotless, and had a lovely little balcony. Jacqui’s breakfasts were beautifully prepared and really set us up for the day. Gregg was the perfect front of house, always friendly and attentive while serving breakfast. He took a genuine interest in what guests had planned and gave us excellent tips on places to visit, including a helpful shortcut to the Thai restaurant! We’ll definitely be returning to Lee House and will be recommending it to our friends and family. Thank you, Gregg and Jacqui, for a wonderful stay. Enjoy your well deserved break over the winter. Enjoyable stay. Highly recommended

We enjoyed a short break in North Devon and stayed at Lee House. This is a wonderful Guest House which I can highly recommend. It is spotlessly clean, has comfortable bedrooms with good facilities and the breakfasts are exceptional. Will definitely be going back again.

Perfect stay at a lovely small hotel

Excellent breakfast, very nice and kind owners. The small hotel is located directly at the heart of Lynton which makes it a very good starting point for your everyday explorations during your stay there. Our expectations were totally fulfilled and we are looking to return to Lee House as soon as possible!

Amazing stay

Wow this is best guest house we have stayed in .everything about it was 10 out ot 10 The hosts, the food, our room, very clean ,good quality food and cooked to perfection, hot shower, most comphy beds and pillows location was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again . Highly recommended if you are staying in this beautiful area of England.

We really enjoyed our stay in this homey Guesthouse. Jacqui and Gregg were fantastic hosts that pour all their heart into this place! The location is close to everything in town (shops, restaurants, walks). Free parking and delicious breakfast tops everything!

Marvellous

Clean, cozy and well decorated room. Loved the attention to the details, including the soft blanket on the sofa and some classics antique books on the shelf in the room. Facilities are very good. Breakfast very tasty and homemade. Jacqui and Gregg are excellent hosts. The house is very well located, very near the coast with stunning views. Highly recommend the south walk path to The Valley of rocks! It was our first trip to Devon and an exceptional experience. Would love to come back one day!

Lee House is a beautiful property and very tastefully furnished. Our hosts were very helpful. Breakfast was good and varied. The bedroom was light and airy and catered for all our needs. The bed was so comfortable.

Perfect country getaway in Lynton

Loved the hosts, garden and breakfast choices. Room was nice, bright and clean. Though we had a small room, it was well laid out with lots of natural light and felt spacious, not to mention the lovely garden view. The little skylight makes a huge difference and is lovely to hear the rain coming down onto. Super comfy bed and pillows. Great bath. We also appreciated the parking option.

Everything was really good and we have no complaints. If we had to nitpick, a shelf in the built in wardrobe to put clothes on in addition to hanger rail would have been helpful for a longer stay as few of our clothes could be hung on hangers. Water pressure in the shower also could have been a bit higher, though we understand that the room is on the top floor of an old building and it's probably not easy to get water up there. Having said that, the shower was perfect temperature and the option of a bath after a long walk really made up for the slightly underwhelming shower in the morning.

A perfect 4 night stay and we cannot wait to return next year.

Gregg and Jacqui are lovely owners who made us feel so welcome. Breakfasts were simply delicious, our room (Deepdene) was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. An added bonus was private parking although there was plenty of safe and well lit on-street parking outside the property too.

Lee House is located on the main road in and out of Lynton. It has a delightful garden and beautiful lounge area. We stayed in attic of the property which had stunning views over Lynton. The room was exceptionally comfortable and light. Breakfast and service was excellent.

Simply faultless, the accommodation is spotless with a central location for easy access to Lynton, walks or Lynmouth. Greg & Jacqui are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. There is an excellent choice for breakfast and homemade scones and jams available. An excellent stay and highly recommended.
