Brilliant location, we didn’t use the car for the two nights we stayed as there was plenty to do. Good parking and very pretty house and garden, even had breakfast on the patio one morning. Good places to eat in Lynmouth too.

Lovely house, gardens and room. Great hosts. Delicious breakfast. Ample off street parking. Central location.
No air conditioning (we visited during a rare English heatwave so usually would not be a concern)
