Good place for a one-night stay.

Nice and clean room, lovely place. Good location.

Staff was not that friendly. Breakfast was very average for the price. Tea tasted like dust. However, it is England, so food and service are not the worst compared to other places.

The house is beautiful, built at a time when quality counted , which was reflected bye our host Stuart, who provided excellent breakfast and comfort.

The door to en-suite needs some oil on hinge’s, it creaks😟

Unbeatable

This was the best B&B we have ever stayed in... we've stayed in several hundred over the years... it was also better than most of the hotels we've stayed in... the hosts were 'light touch' but there when needed. The room and bathroom were extremely well appointed, quiet and comfortable.

Immaculately presented guesthouse in highly convenient location for local restaurants

We stayed for 4 nights in room 5 on the top floor. A light and airy room with great views over Lynton and the hills beyond. It has an extremely comfortable king sized bed and an excellent shower to the compact en-suite. The hosts are very welcoming and provide a delicious breakfast with lots of choice. The whole place is immaculately presented and we would have no hesitation in going back.

Top notch comfort and style

One of the best nights sleep either of us have had whilst away, extremely comfortable and quiet. Beautiful room with a glorious balcony for morning coffee or spending the last of the daylight on. Hosts were really friendly, warm and helpful, very accommodating. Breakfast is fantastic, great range of options you do not expect for a BnB. Will recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful, stayed in Room 2 with a little balcony, able to sit outside (when not raining)

James and Stuart are great hosts, an immaculately clean and well run b&b, their years of experience really shines through. With their local knowledge ensuring a lovely stay. Proximity to Watersmeet ( fabulous river walk) and Valley of the Rocks

Ensuite a little tight, loo a little noisy, but still immaculately clean and all you need for a short stay

Pleasant B&B

Nice B&B, clean, comfortable, nice breakfast.

It was a bit too regimented for my liking. We asked if we could drop our bags off before check in time as the car park was at the bottom of the hill and were told no. I understand that that’s the way they choose to run things but found it a bit rude.

Fantastic in every way, definitely recommend this B&B to anyone wanting to visit Lynton and Lynmouth

Great location in Lynton, very close to the cliff railway so excellent for both Lynton and Lynmouth. The owners were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, recommending places to eat (and advising to book in advance) and when we asked for the best walking routes to the Valley of the Rocks and Watersmeet, they talked us through it and gave a map. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked to order, high quality ingredients with great choices.

We were happy with every aspect of our stay.

Was fabulous.

Breakfast was the best we've ever had in a B & B, great variation. The location was perfect, plenty of restaurants, walking and wonderful views.
