Very nice breakfast, made to order and lovely homemade jam on our visit. Room was nice and spacious with nice view of the seafront and the bar was nice to drop in on whilst the weather was a bit damp outside.

We had a room on the top floor, so it was a bit of a trek up the 6 or so flights of stairs, but made for a good work out after the breakfast

Location was fabulous for us out of the mayhem of Saturday night in Blackpool but only a short 10 minute stroll. Breakfast was fabulous and the hosts were friendly and attentive. Will be back Definitely

Purely stunning hotel.

The hotel was absolutely stunning!!! Fresh and beautifully decorated all through!!! Even had a silver cross pram that was an absolutely fabulous addition!!!! The landlady spoke so fondly of her family who had used it all through the years, was very sentimental and warming!!!

4 flights of stairs lol. The room was beautiful, but close to the top!! We certainly worked our fab brekkie off!!!

Friendly owners, great breakfast, wonderfully presented all in a great location

The hotel was beautifully presented and decorated to a high standard. Spotlessly clean and always smelt lovely too. The owners were very friendly and provided a wonderful breakfast with a good choice of options. The location was very good as Wilton Parade tram stop is almost opposite the hotel or a 15 minute stroll into town. There is limited parking out front, but there is an option to buy a permit for £10 a day to park just to the side of the hotel (limited number of permits available). Alternatively you can park in the neighbouring hotel The Grand for a 24 hour rate of £12, which can be bought online.

A very minor point, but bigger towels would be good! Other than that we can’t think of any issues.

Immaculate property. Every room is meticulously decorated and cleaned to a high standard from the bedroom and private bathroom, to the dining area and bar. On arrival, we received a warm welcome from the owner, very professional, attentive and friendly. Beds were very comfy so we enjoyed blissful rest both nights. Breakfast was 0830-0930 with a choice of cooked items and plenty of tea and toast. The hotel has great views of the sea so ask for a sea view by calling the owner direct. It is located just down from the north shore but you can get a tram outside the hotel (£5 day pass) so you can travel around if you don’t feel like walking.

The bar closes at 10pm BUT the owners worked around the clock and were up early cooking our breakfast so you can’t have it all ways.

Very friendly staff. Lovely bar great views, though cash only. Nice breakfast. Great location, nice and quiet. Bit out of centre but tram just about on doorstep. Just a couple of parking spaces but plenty on onstreet parking.

Calm stay with a sea view

The hotel is well located, the staff are very nice and helpful. It has a good sea view, which was really nice. It was a calm stay.

Quiet and lovely hotel away from the busy centre

It was quiet and out the way of the busy town centre and ideal as family live 5 min walk away so was great not having walk to far when 8 month pregnant. It is clean and smells amazing when you walk in. Host was very polite on arrival and when leaving. Breakfast was included but didn’t have due to having a long drive on check out day so wanted get on the road asap. Room was tidy and ideal for two people as was me and my son. Other guest were quiet was expecting bit of noise but rarely heard anyone else which was nice.

Perfect.

I am a light sleeper but slept very well. Comfortable bed, clean throughout. Hosts are lovely and the breakfast was delicious. First choice for me next time I visit the area.

Apart from the milk and the fruit flies which I’m sure was just overlooked I’d say it was a really nice place to stay an

amazing location and really friendly staff. bed was really comfy.

The milk was over a month out of date so couldn’t have tea/coffee in the mornings. Overall room was clean other than lots of dead fruit flies on the window

Exceptional

Then people who own the place are amazing and make you feel very welcome. The place is very pleasant and cozy. Clean enough for me , the only unpleasant think was that the first night we have no heating and was very cold, but I am sure if I was going to ask the lady she will switch on. Anyway definitely we will be back soon . Thank you very much
