Good hotel with great breakfast

The room was good, spacious enough, with comfortable beds and various pillows available. Breakfast was really excellent, offering different selection of meals, inluding some yogurts, fresh juices and great coffee, including to-go options

If I remember correctly (changed 4 hotels in 4 days) we were charged 30€ for the garage which I find absurd

Travelling on business, the hotel delivered what I expected, I would recommend to other travellers.

Hotel was chosen for its proximity to the local exhibition centre. Comfortable and well equipped rooms. Friendly, helpful staff.

The light switch systems in the room is a little confusing.

Very good for one night-stay

Good located, near an train station. The room quite spacious.

No A/C in the lobby. Lady at the bar let us wait 10 minutes with the order while busy with sorting documents! No shower but tube in the bathroom.

I have stayed in 150 hotels in Europe over the past 8 years. This is the exact type of hotel I love. It is a high class hotel without the pretentious attitude or feel. From the moment you walk in you know you made the right choice. Room was beautiful, hotel is beautiful and the very very very clean. Breakfast was amazing (the room was elegant) and the morning staff makes you feel like a king. I would stay here again and again.

I would gladly go again, I would suggest a friend or family member to go.

Well when I booked they upgraded me to a very nice sweet. Then when I booked there was only two days available. So each day if a room became available they held it for me so that I wouldn’t have to move around the hotel or city looking for a place to stay. The breakfast was pretty good, better than most. The staff were attentive and helpful. Even the cleaning guy was pretty good, he came through twice a day and asked me if I needed anything. It had very secure parking.

I am still getting used to the paying to park in Europe. But that seems more the norm. The hotel was always really full. It was a good hotel and it is good to see them doing well. But it could be very packed at times, I think they have business meeting or conventions there, these are of minor complaints. But it was the only negative I could really find. If you want to call it that.

Good hotel but requests for complete payment at check-in

Nice room, good wifi although you have to reconnect every time, breakfast is excellent. Parking garage is nice. Furniture is quite old but well maintained Proximity of Congress Center

I never come back to the hotel when I have to pay it at check in. Fund reservation is fine but complete payment not. Garage too expensive 24eur/day.

Great first impression, then flaws show up

The hotel makes a great first impression, and the personnel is very welcoming. The cleanliness and location are superb.

The air conditioning didn’t cool the room at all, so it stayed at about 22 degrees, and with no possibility to open the window, we had a feeling that we didn’t get enough air when sleeping. Unfortunately on the day of our stay all minibars were switched off. The description of the room mentioned a bathrobe and slippers, neither were present.

Elevators were working terrible. In a business trip where every minute matters, it was hard to plane. Twice tried to use staircases, and it was really bad. No easy escape from the building!

The breakfast was good and the staff. Location is good central staion only five mintes walking distance. Room is okay need a refresh, carbet not good.

The hotel did offer a free drinks for not cleaning every day, we did get one bottle of water ( 0,5 liter )
