Great time in a beautiful city.

The room has very nice modern touches with a fantastic shower bath combo- a big deep tub! Full kitchen with induction cooktop. Very comfortable bed and two operable German windows. Of note: very kind staff. I asked for a fan and a POWERFUL one was delivered to me. Very nice personnel at front desk. Superb location. Mainz is spectacular.

After I got the fan sorted everything was wonderful.

Excellent for travelling with a small baby

Everything was exceptional. From the staff to the room. They provide a cot bed for my baby which was very clean plus they offer free breakfast for our stay and the staff was very helpful with us when we need guidance in the city, plus they provide parking as well (contra cost but was in front of the guests house). For sure we will come back. Thank you for making us feel like home.

Second stay but I have to rethink for future stay.

Friendly staff, location, daily housekeeping, breakfast was good (sandwiches were fresh daily) but the same for the 4 nights that we stayed, elevator, and quiet rooms. You can’t hear outside noise or your neighbors. Ref stocked with drinks and reasonably priced.

Bed was soft and low. The bath tubs (we stayed in two rooms) were difficult to maneuver since there are no handle bars and slippery. Thankfully one of rooms had a shower. The shower stall is not spacious. The kitchen walls need cleaning, plenty of oil or liquid accumulation residue. There are 4-5 steps to maneuver when entering the property. So this is not for those with mobility or lifting issues.

Overall, it was a convenient, quiet stay in a central location, but the small room and uncomfortable

Great location right in the city center - about 10 minutes on foot to the main station. The check-in process was easy and convenient. The room was quiet, and there was everything needed for tea (kettle, teaspoons, etc.)

The room was quite small, clearly under 20 m² (around 16 m²). The floor didn't feel very clean. The mattress was too soft for me, and the bed was rather small

Perfect to stay for work, good with family, good value, convenient, good breakfast

The room was very good, simple, clean, big bathroom which is a bonus (if you are lucky with room selection, as first room had smaller one). The breakfast was nice, had good variety, no hot food but perfect for our needs. Very nice and polite staff, always accommodated for our requests and extensions. Location is perfect, 2 mins from the main station. Highly recommend.

The bed is 2 beds connected with 2 mattresses which sort of move and create a gap in between. I always wish the double bed has a double mattress.

I'd stay here again.

The room was a good size with a small kitchen area suitable for our needs. It was also very quiet. The breakfasts were simple and perfect for a quick in and out.

The shower was over the bath and it was quite a high sided bath which made getting in and out very difficult for a 65 year old. The kettle was stored in the cupboard on the top shelf which meant my 5'2" wife couldn't reach it. The bed was quite low and a struggle to get out of for a tall person.

Kind caring staff made my life a lot easier when I fell ill

The receptionists and manager (I think he was a manager) were excellent. I got really ill while I was in Mainz and needed to change my flight and extend my days there and they made it a breeze. They acted really caring and concerned and offered me tea but also gave me privacy. I didn’t realize there were breakfast sandwiches available until the last day but I really appreciated that they do that since they don’t officially serve breakfast there. All of the reception staff and the manager were just such sweet, kind people.

The only thing I’d improve is the pillows. They were flimsy and caused a lot of neck pain so firmer pillows would be a great help. Also I think most hotels could stand to lower their prices a bit these days.

Very nice suite, great location, good price

Very nice suite. Large room with couch and queen bed. Hall with sink, fridge, microwave. Good sized bath with separate bath tub and shower. Very bright and clean. 10 minutes from Mainze train station. Basic breakfast - yogurt, pastry, fruit, cereal, regular coffee.

A safe in the room would be nice.

Comfortable, quiet.

Very comfy bed, quiet hotel which was beautifully furnished and very clean. Our room was in the top floor with a balcony overlooking the city. Nice hot shower with good water pressure. Complimentary continental breakfast.

Couple nights in Mainz during a 2 week trip to Germany

Everything was clean and comfortable. For being in the city, it was remarkably quiet. We even had a terrace that I wasn't expecting!

The door lock took a while to register the keycard.

Very comfy and centrally located

A comfy place within a stone's throw of both the train station and the old town. Double-paned windows meant no street noise. Immaculate bathroom with even a deep tub. Fully operational reception with friendly staff. They even threw in a free breakfast.

Studio was nicely equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee pot, tea kettle, dishes, and even a cooktop but zero counter space meant any actual cooking was impossible.

Small but spotless recently remodeled room with bathroom and kitchenette. Tastefully decorated. Nice breakfast included in the price. (The listing says no meals included, but breakfast is included for all guests.) Great location, near shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of the old city. Bus stops right outside for longer journeys. Elevator in the building.

There are a few steps to enter the building, which could be a problem for a full-time wheelchair user.

The location in Mainz is great, close to the train station and the city centre. Unexpectedly, there was a simple but nice breakfast available at no extra cost. The room had a nice big bathroom available. The kitchen in the room was simple but sufficient to cook. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean.

We had a room on the top floor of the building and already with sunny weather and 20 degrees outside, it easily heated up to 24 degrees Celsius.. We could cool down the room by opening the windows but that is probably not an option in summer.

Great location room, ideal for mid-length stay

Huge room with spacious bathroom, two single beds, and fully kitted-out kitchenette! I wish I could have stayed longer. The free breakfast was outstanding.

A convenient, comfortable, and pleasant place in Mainz!

The location was perfect for us—close to the train station and we could walk to all the major sites in 20 minutes or less. Also, the breakfasts are called a snack, but they were healthy and completely adequate. The room was very practical and comfortable, the staff very helpful and kind.

Lovely spacious room with modern power fittings and other built in gadgets. Staff were really friendly throughout. Great location. Well soundproofed considering on a main road. Really enjoyed our stay.

Couldn't work out how to turn the heating down (so we just opened the window for a bit instead!). It wasn't so bad that it was a problem as we would have asked if it was - but it was the only thing I could think of to put in here !!

Nice hotel in the heart of Mainz

Nice hotel, fairly modern inside, close within walking distance to the old cathedral and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was good, over looking a main street so there was some street noise if you opened the window. The breakfast was okay, not a huge selection, but good. They even had sandwiches to carry away.

My only complaint was the street noise if you opened your window. Otherwise, a nice place top stay.

Sensational place to stay!

Very very clean...great location...close to the station...close to old town. Very quiet...can highly recommend!!

One very small complaint...we don't like eating cereal from a container...bowls would be appreciated.
