Lovely scenic location. Not much about but peaceful. Mini bar was great to have on hand reasonably clean.

No staff around felt like a ghost town. Breakfast poor and not much choice for internationals travelling for work. Place was great apart from breakfast options and lack of staff and presence.

A comfortable hotel in a quiet area

The room was a good size and comfortable . They have a trust bar which we liked. Quiet neighbourhood

There was nobody on reception when we arrived (to be fair they did tell us that on the day of arrival) so we were unable to ask where to put our bikes. A fellow resident advised us

I like that checking in after hours is easy, that the rooms have ai conditioning, not common in DE in older buildings, hip lobby with nice breakfast.

Reliable high quality stay in a quiet and pleasant location

Location is great in the quiet and picturesque old town. Beds and room very comfortable. We have made several visits and have never been disappointed

Travelling with two adults, one child and two large dogs, the room was a little crowded. Uncarpeted steps a little steep for dogs. Parking spots hard to come by but that’s a feature if the old town location not anything the hotel can influence

Third visit, never disappointed!

High standard of accommodation. Clean and comfortable. Great location in old town and close to river walk and somewhere to eat. Good buffet breakfast

Parking is difficult in the old town but the hotel can’t affect that. We had room at top which was quiet but sometimes challenging for managing dog and child

Sehr ruhig im Ortskern gelegen, nicht weit vom Rheinufer. Ruhige Zimmer mit bequemen Betten, modernes Bad. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker

Das Frühstück sehr umfangreich und gut. Ruhige Lage. Ganz tolle Boxspringbetten.

Es gab keinen Menschen, der uns empfangen hat. Wir sollten vielmehr einen Code eingeben. Diesen hatten wir jedoch nicht bekommen. Als wir eine der beiden angegebenen Telefonnummern anriefen, hieß es, diese Telefonnummer gebe es nicht. Erst, als wir dann beim Kooperationspartner anriefen, wurde uns so geholfen, dass wir in das Haus und in unsere Zimmer hinein konnten

War soweit okay

Im Badezimmer zwischen den beiden Duschtüren fehlten beiden Dichtungsgummis, so das beim Duschen teilweise das Wasser durch diese nach Außen vor die Dusche Spritzt. An der einen Duschtür fehlte der Griff um die Tür Auf-und Zuzuziehen.

Einfacher Check in per Code, für eine Übernachtung auf Wandertour ok. Nette Lokale in der Nähe

Das Bett war unbequem und für das Frühstück hätte ich den Preis nicht bezahlt, da bekommt man für 5€ Brötchen und Kaffe um die Ecke günstiger. Auch die Preise an der gutgemeinten Selbstbedienungsbar fand ich happig. Die Dame am Check out war auch nicht gerade sehr herzlich

Das Frühstück zum Preis von 16€ hat den mit dem Preis verbundenen Erwartungen nicht ganz standgehalten, dafür war es etwas zu schlicht.

Für unsere Zwecke war die Unterkunft völlig ausreichend. Nah am Bahnhof um zum Magic Bike nach Rüdesheim zu kommen.

Am zweiten Tag hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass im Zimmer/Bad gesaugt/gekehrt wird.

Die Stadtlage war prima, schönes altes Haus. Nur beim Frühstück, was wir mit €15,- pp etwas überteuert fanden, haben wir Personal gesehen
