Pleasant stay for the golf tournament

Great location, right next to the golf course. Big spacious rooms. Convenient facilities.

There seemed to be some long-stay guests that didn’t quite seem to fit in there. The decor of the rooms is okish, no air conditioning. Basic but ok for the purpose.

Comfortable & relax with this big room to stay for few days.

The breakfast & dinner are so good with nice view. The staffs in restaurant are so nice. Easy to locate the hotel, and there is free-parking. The room is big & clean, with smalll balcony.

No instruction or guideline to show us how to use the machine. No phone number to be asked for the help, such as reception. No air-conditioner or fan to be available in room.

Spartan but Okay - Summer and No Air Conditioning or Circulation - Be Warned

Modern apartment hotel. The apartment was very Spartan and white, simple but modern. I loved the electric exterior shades, they kept the apartment dark in the morning. Everything was very clean and good size. Deck was nice. Excellent if you play golf, there is a golf club and grounds right next door.

I absolutely hate the tendency in Germany hotels to not have air conditioning or air circulation. I was there when it was 40'C and it was like an oven inside with no respite. This is common especially in Germany - they are so cheapo for a newer construction, a simple heat pump with air circulation would have helped. For stays in Summer, be very cautious of this. No fan either. In the evening everyone went onto their decks and with glass railings, you have no privacy, I saw people in their underwear sitting outside. Simple privacy foggy glass would be so easy.

Home away from home

I lived in this hotel for almost a year as if it was my second house. I had to travel for work and this hotel was my safe haven after coming back from a long day's work. The staff is so friendly, especially Mr. Horst and Ms. Gress from Reception. Located in a serene and calm area with an amazing golf course and river Rhine nearby. The apartment fittings were new and well maintained. Everything was just perfect. Can only recommend !! :)

Nice comeback.

Large, new, very clean. Everything you need is there. Perfect location for nature lovers, but still close to the city center. Nice, friendly staff, always willing to help. Perfect place for the long term stay. I have stayed there for 3 months last year and just came back for the night. I will stay there every time I need accommodation in this area. I strongly recommend this place!

Leider gibt es keinen ebenerdigen Zugang, Koffer müssen die Außentreppe zum Hauseingang hochgetragen werden. Umständliche Rampe ist nur von innen verfügbar. WLAN Zugang war leider nicht erreichbar.

Grosses sauberes Zimmer aber sehr unpersönlich

Das Apartment ist geräumig und es alles war sauber. Es ist alles Nötige vorhanden, Kleinigkeiten fehlen wie zb Haken im Badezimmer. Der Parkplatz ist gut.

Alles ist sehr unpersönlich, vom Farbkonzept bis zu den Angestellten. Trotz Checkout bis 11 Uhr stand der Putztrupp schon vor 10.00 Uhr vor dem Zimmer

Der Fußboden war nicht sauber und trotz Hinweis an der Rezeption wurde dies an den Folgetagen nicht behoben.

Geräumiges Appartement

Appartement sehr groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, man könnte sich selbst versorgen, die Küch ist gut ausgestattet, Kühlschrank vorhanden. Das Wichtigste: Die Betten haben eine sehr gute Qualität.

Wir haben den Tag mit unserer Tochter, die in Trier wohnt, verbracht. Am Abend wollten wir bei einem Glas Wein noch Fernsehen schauen: Fehlanzeige! Vollkommen deprogrammiert oder defekte Kabel. Auch das Hotelpersonal (übrigens am WE erst ab 10 Uhr!) konnte nicht helfen.

Sehr sauber und gepflegt, wie anspruchsvoll und modern eingerichtet. Super, na zum Golfplatz und extra Konditionen. Wenn man übernachtet, gibt es beim Golfspielen ebenfalls.
