An okay last option Hotel

Hotel is in a good location right next to a shopping center. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful.

It is not acceptable to advertise or show a coffee machine or water kettle in the room and then not actually provide it. Being told to “just ask for hot water” is not an equivalent service. To me, that felt misleading. Additionally, if you are paying €100 per room per night, you reasonably expect free parking in the hotel’s own parking area. Instead, you are charged an extra €10 per night, which is disappointing.

It was spotless and modern. Great parking facilities for our van which is hard to find due to most hotels having parking garages that don’t fit a van

That you don’t get complimentary tea/coffee making facilities in your room. If you want a coffee you must purchase from the machine in reception. But it’s not that big of a deal to put us off staying again

Below expectations

The location.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The cleanliness was far below expectations. There were small hairs and dirt on the blankets and pillows, and stains on the toilet seat. The lighting in the room was okay but not really sufficient, and the Wi-Fi connection was very slow and unstable. The breakfast was below average and didn’t meet expectations. The staff were polite but didn’t seem particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall, I expected a much cleaner and more comfortable stay for the price.

During my stay, I noticed that the bathroom door lock was broken and could not be used. It would be great if this could be fixed for future guests. Thank you for your understanding.

No tea /coffee in room or facilities open on Sunday

The beds were comfortable and it was a good location for what we wanted

We were not aware that the bar area would be closed on a Sunday (we should have also checked this ourselves) but after driving from Berlin, a beer would have been lovely! Only place to eat was a McDonald's or Burger King. Also, no tea / coffee making facilities in the room so couldn't even have a cup of anything either!

Not value for money

Receptiin staffs on Friday 3st Aug and Saturday 1st Sep night shift and restaurant staff were polite and really helpful.

The hotel is average, nothing standing out. Air-conditioning wasn't working for half of the hotel, and we managed to change the room. The room was smelly, and the side of the bed was ripped. They cleaned the rooms every other day. Breakfast is the same menu every day. Carpark gets full at night. If you get back late, you need to park somewhere else. This hotel needs refurbishment.

Basic but good

Hotel is bit older and looks more worn-out than on the photos but is still clean and has comfortable beds. It has toiletries which is very helpful and I liked it. Breakfast is good.

We payed the parking although it was not clossed during the night.

Overall good experience and would recommend to others .

Very helpful multilingual staff on reception and restaurants. Rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful as was the choice .

Externally building looks a bit tired and dated . Aircon didn’t appear to be very good in room .

Disappointing

The parking zone is too small, we asked for the parking place since I booked 4 rooms with 7 people, but I can not find my parking place for 2 nights, that is crazy! In the 2nd night I got even a "fine" ticket since I parked the car just outside of the hotel, which 25 EURO, I can not accpet it at all and I am very upset and angry about it!!!

there was no water in the room, the mini bar was removed, there is no kettle in the room, the bar in the hotel does not work in the evenings, we had to ask for hot water at the reception. if your room is not cleaned, they give you a voucher for one drink, but the hotel bar is closed every day. what is the meaning of these vouchers? And why is it so difficult to put a kettle in the room?

the property was not as beautiful as on the pictures, it was not clean and it was very old and cold.
