Despite being around an industrial zone, the place is quiet and calm. The room itself was as expected. Good bed, comfy pillows, clean bathroom. Overall, decent. I didn't try the breakfast, but it looks up to par with other B&B hotels I've been at in the past.
The rooms are on the smaller side for hotels. Not as bad as a London sardine-can room, but not the size I am used to from other B&B-brand hotels (Nuremberg, Vienna, etc.).

Convenient hotel, clean and decent breakfast.
The check-in experience was not great. On the weekends nobody is available during checkin hours and the self-check-in does not work well. Multiple guest got stuck outside and were not able to open the door with the code provided.
