Clean and good location for Expo - could be a lot friendlier.

Nicely located near the Pyramid Mainz, which is where our expo was. Unfortunately, staff is a little pushy enough and not very friendly. Knocking at 7:30 on the day of check-out was really not necessary. It's disrespectful and rude when check-out is supposed to be at 11am.

Staff was very pushy when it came to check out. Breakfast staff was also pretty rude and was annoyed by guests eating breakfast?

Very little to complain about. The hotel is in a little bit of an industrial area. But very close to restaurants and very quiet. So, nothing to complain about.

Good size family room. Basic accommodation. Easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable beds and it was really quiet at night besides the busy road.

Kind and present staff at the front desk. Tidy, modern and efficiently designed room. No check-out necessary. Free parking, close to highway entrance.

Quality of coffee from the vending machine. No electric kettle in the room. Shampoo dispenser in the shower cabin was empty (noticed too late).

The cleaning tried to shove me out because he wanted an early dayoff. It was not professional because I was not late for check out. He opened the door with the key even the sign of 'Pssssst' was on the door? My question is: is that even allowed before checking out time? What if I was not properly dressed?? What's the meaning of the sign then???

too expensive for no cup of tea available inside the room, + very noisy, no rules or discipline.

No Kettle in the room, and cup of tea. There was a party going on for new year, from 4 PM, till 8 AM the following morning on 1/1/2023, lots of girls and boys gathered outside reception, arguing and fighting with each other, i noticed that police came the following morning to control the bad crowd who didnt let anyone sleep at the hotel throughout the night.

The rooms are modern and clean.

I wanted to work on my computer in the Lobby downstairs. I was not allowed because they rented the room to a painting class. Even though there were still available tables in the corners of the Lobby, I could not go downstairs and work on my Laptop. The room has a table but not a real chair, which makes it VERY uncomfortable there to work.
