In general, very cozy and comfortable for one person's stay for a few days.

The rooftop was a bonus. Almost like a mini park. House shoe is cute. I really appreciated the cleaning person's contribution. The bed was comfortable as well. Coffee machine was also great!

Covers for the untencils would have been greatly appreciated. But the host offered to provide me those readily after my report. So it is not a complaint, just a suggestion. Another suggestion is a bigger dustbin and some extra plastics.

Great hosts and room amenities.

Exceptional hosts made the stay warm and pleasant. The room came well-equipped, even featuring a lifesaving kitchen. Thoughtful gifts added a welcoming touch. Internet speed was fast.

I had a corner room where the internet signal was initially weak, but upon request, it was promptly fixed. Though labeled as a 'Business Apartment,' the space didn't entirely meet that description. However, the attentive owners ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Clean apartment in an excellent location

Excellent location and safe surroundings. Extremely helpful staff with lightning fast communication, both in writing and over the phone. I was lucky with the price. Special thanks for the fan and the good quality windows. The building is quiet, the apartments open from a bright hallway with 24/7 video surveillance, everything looked exactly like in the photos. The apartment was clean, and so were the dishes, kettle and other small things. I had a pleasant stay.

My window opened directly to the (smoking) terrace/ deck which made me very annoyed at first sight. I had wanted to be in a room at a high level/étage of the building but this was not what I had in mind. The building has no A/C (and this is normal for most buildings in Germany) but that also means that your only way to cool down a room is opening the windows and turning on a fan. It can be a very unhappy scene if that window opens to the smoking terrace. There were very hot days in Mainz during my stay so pretty much no one appeared on the terrace, sparing me from both smoke and nighttime noise.

Perfect apartment for solo traveler short stay in Mainz

Modern facilities, well stocked kitchenette, quiet, good size, good WiFi, fast staff communication.

Found the building, front door and keys ok, but was lost once in the foyer of second floor. A sign on the hallway door (in English) or additional photo/instructions when sending check-in instructions will help a lot.

Lovely apartment close to the main station

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the station. It was very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. When I arrived, I found a complimentary bottle of water and some chocolate on the bed :-) The free WiFi is fast and reliable. I would definitely come back!

-Location: just 5 min walk from the train station -Stable internet -Towels, toiletries (like, more than you'd usually get) -Fan in the room -The apartment was just in general very pretty and cozy!

-No AC. Gets quite hot once the sun hits the windows -I wouldn't say no to a washing machine -And to a double bed instead of the single one

Amazing

It’s a very nice small apartment that has everything you need for a short stay (even for a longer one, I believe). Everything was clean and fresh, and even a small welcome gift was left for me which was an extra nice touch. The communication with the owners was also very pleasant, so I’d highly recommend staying here, I enjoyed it so very much.

It’s gets hot during the day, by the fan and closed curtains help.

Wi-Fi was really good and it was nice to have a smart TV where one could watch YouTube and had the chance to use Netflix.

I would have liked if there was an easychair in the room where one could sit comfortably.

Very charming and close to train station

The apartment gives off a very charming vibe with new furniture. You really feel positive energy when you enter although it isn’t very large. Very clean and well maintained. You feel the owner really likes his job and makes an effort, There is laundry in the basement for 3euros per wash. Parking is free and easy. Hauptbahnhof offers Starbucks and many shops just around the corner. It was better than expected

The building first doesn’t look very nice but the apartment itself is very different and sunny

Czysto, cicho, wygodnie, cena niewygórowana. Podstwawowe udogodnienia w pokoju, kuchni i łazience zapewnione. Dla osoby która korzysta z pokoju tylko w ciągu nocy i na tyle żeby zrobić sobie śniadanie i kolacje - bardzo w porządku.

Brak jakiegoolwiek kontaktu z właścicielami obiektu w sytuacji kryzysowej. Rozumiem że awaria wodociągu i brak wody w budynku to nie wina właściciela obiektu ale już brak jakiejkolwiek odpowiedzi na smsy w sprawie problemu jest niedopuszczalne.

Für den Preis ok

Gute Unterkunft, wenn man einfach nur ein günstiges Zimmer in guter Lage sucht. Das Zimmer ist hübsch und liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Das Bett war allerdings sehr schlecht, die Matratze so komplett durchgelegen, dass sie eine deutlich sichtbare Mulde hatte. Das Haus ist nicht schön und sehr hellhörig, aber dafür können die Vermieter der Wohnung wahrscheinlich nichts. Sehr geärgert hat mich, dass ich erst nach drei Wochen und mehrmaligen Nachfragen eine Rechnung erhalten, habe; bei einem "Business Apartment" hätte ich erwartet, dass Rechnungen kein Problem sind. Insgesamt wirkt es auch von der Kommunikation mit den Vermietern her eher wie ein Airbnb Zimmer, das von privat vermietet wird. Für den Preis ist es ok, aber auch nicht mehr.
