The location is perfect for anyone wanting to stay near the Centre. The problems however are the cleanliness, comfort, and condition of the hotel.

Have been to this small hotel several times, and will go again. About ten minutes walk from the station, and a little more - in a slightly different direction - from the city centre. Good price, clean comfortable rooms, freshly decorated. friendly staff, but nb if you want to pay by card you need to do it when the afternoon/evening staff are on.

For the first time in months I finally could sleep more than 6 hours, the bed was perfect, the check in was nice, the breakfast was ok, the room so big and clean and comfy, but the check out... Be sure of being out of your room at 10:59 or at 11:00 a guy is going to be knocking loud at your door, without even say good morning is going to say "Bitte!" (I think what he really wanted to say was "Go!"). He saw that almost everything was ready and he didn't even say sorry for the way he knocked or something. I left the door open and left the room at 11:03, i didn't notice that he was outside when I took the lift to go downstairs he jumped into the lift as well, (having no space because I had so many luggage). And even there, he wasn't able to ask for my stay or something!!! I was mad and i told him. Everything at the hotel was perfect, but this is how a little "detail" or a person with a bad moment can changed the full perception. Stay, but really be out of the room at 10:58 just to be sure.

Room was very clean and spacious. I was on the 5th floor. Which was very quiet. Reception staff very helpful with advice on local areas. I was advised to go on day trip to Wiesbaden and it was a fabulous day. A wine and food festival was on . Breakfast was good and coffee machine in reception for guests. Easy walk from station within 10 min. A good 20 min walk into town and most restaurants. Lift goes to 4th floor and stairs to upper floor. Overall a very nice stay. quiet

Oh my goodness!! This place is amazing! The check in was so helpful. She gave us a map with things to do, showed us bus routes and welcomed us as if we were long time friends. The room itself was so peaceful and serene which we needed after a couple days at Oktoberfest. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to anything! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Thank you so much for this stay!

It was beautiful from the ideal location for the airport and Mainz station and city within walking distance. The breakfast was very substantial and satisfying also. The two receptionists and breakfast lady were too sweet also. The room although basic had everything I needed! Well done to the owner.
