Room was clean, larger than expected. Wi-Fi is little bit poor. Location is very comfortable, walking distance from main station and the city center.

A very nice comfortable place in the heart of Mainz.

Great location at a good price. Comfortable and clean room.

Don't expect air con. The staff was a bit difficult to contact over email and phone, but very helpful when contact was made.

vey good for the price

It's not the best hotel, but it's excellent value for money. The room was large. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom looks very old-fashioned, and the shower stall is extremely uncomfortable, but we were prepared for this in advance. The staff was very friendly. The young girl at the reception (sorry, I forgot her name. She is from Egypt) was very polite and helpful, thank you.

The table on the balcony was very dirty. It probably hasn't been washed in a long time. It made me sad because the weather was beautiful and I would like to relax on the balcony.

- 10-15 minute walk from the train station - Low price - Large room

- Very basic amenities in the room (to be expected for this price) - Smell of humidity in the bathroom - Very cheap windows (you can hear everything from the street) - WiFi is unstable, therefore hardly usable

Even though there is WiFi in the hotel, it doesn't really work. And I didn't have warm water for one day and even when I did, I needed to wait for at least 10 minutes before water would get warm.

The cleanliness, staff, internet, breakfast, and hotel location were all excellent.

there was no refrigerator for drinks in my room. It was hot outside and one needs to hydrate every moment, and it was disappointing not to have a cooling option. Additionally, between 10 PM and 12 midnight, there was really a lot of noise in the vicinity, and I had an exam the next day, so I couldn't sleep well. Since the reception staff were not available after 9 PM, I didn't know whom to complain to. Furthermore, there was no footrest in the room.

Nice little budget hotel!

Nice budget hotel with nice rooms and facilities. Staff was very nice as well. Rewe grocery store only a block away and was very convenient. Only reason I did not rate it excellent just because it was more a budget hotel.

Location was in a different direction than the Mitte nad was about 900m from the train station, but I knew that going in and it was reflected in the good price.

Ok, but could be better for the price

Convenient location near the central railway station. Rooms are very simple and clean.

Uncomfortable very thin mattress. Shower has a shower curtain instead of doors, which is unhygienic as for the hotel. Inconvenient working hours of the reception desk. There is no person who is there between 11 am and 2 pm, so you cannot leave the luggage and check in later.
