Great stay for the price

This was a great hotel for the price. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station. They stored our luggage for free before check-in (we arrived 5 hours before). Its about a 15 minute walk to the shopping center. You use door codes, so no need to mess around with a key. We loved the hotel so much we booked their sister hotel for our stay in Nuremburg.

It was ok but I think you can find better at the same price

Very close to the train station. Very quiet even though trains pass right outside the hotel. Beds are comfy even though very small. Good size bathroom and shower. Clean when you arrive.

I am not sure whether this is normal, but we stayed for 3 nights, and nobody came to clean the room or replace the toilet paper. The bathroom has a very repulsive smell, which probably comes from the drain. Even though the room and bathroom looked very clean in the beginning, I would avoid staying there again because of this smell. Also, I checked the breakfast, and I found its price very high for what it was. I was glad I did not pay for breakfast - with the same money you can get way more stuff from a bakery.

We had difficulty getting a hot drink during the day from the machine, which didn't seem to be working very well. We found the room a little cold at times, but not unbearable.

Nice place to stay for a City Trip

The staff was very friendly, good location, bus stop right in front of the hotel, main train station within walking distance. Breakfast is good, has also vegan options. Parking possibilities for a decent price. Rooms and beds are comfortable and practical.

It could have been cleaned better. Looks like it wasn’t vacuumed before. During the stay also not and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned during the stay either.

The price of the room was quite low. It was near the Mainz HBF, but still a fair amount of distance away.

The room was pretty small, maybe appropriate as per the price. Could be because of the time I was checking in (~11pm), the approach road to the hotel was quite dingy and secluded in the night. Would not want to travel there alone.

I arrived at like 14.30 and because check in time was 15. they didnt give the key. I dont care but its a little bit bizarre. I work in tourism and stayed in lots of hotels. If the room is ready, its normal to give a little bit earlier

For a night or two stay, the b&b is ideal place.

The staff are very friendly. The room is clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast is good.

The choice of room was a bit small to move around with big luggages. Also, there’s no tea facility inside the room.
