    Arrived late to find my room had been given to someone else. Had to stay in a standard room for the first night. Staff were very apologetic and moved us the next morning to our business room. Complimentary breakfast provided for our whole stay as compensation. Apart from that small problem which was handled very well nothing but good things to say about the cleanliness and excellent staff.

    Very nice place, near the train, bus stations. Many near restaurants. What I am missing is that the breakfast included is always the same everyday. It would be better to change it daily or add new menus on a different days or something like that but all in all I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

    Near station but no supermarket or restaurants nearby; hotel mostly empty and bit creepy as it’s a conference hotel; no gym and no facilities; used cotton bud in my bin.
