The location is perfect. 200 meters from the train station, close to the old city, to the river and all the main attractions. The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was rich and tasty. The staff was super nice and helpful. Check in and check out was very speedy.

Good two-night stay in a pretty central location

Comfy bed, pretty good pillows, well-equipped bathroom, kettle (but nowhere to keep milk cold), fairly quiet even with window open, excellent breakfast with very wide range of choices, friendly and helpful staff.

Nowhere to keep milk cold overnight (for tea in the morning) - just needs a mini-fridge! Otherwise great :)

The small shower was wedged in between the sink and the wall. Hard to get in and out. No elbow room. Breakfast was outrageously expensive, 24,50€. I did not partake.

I enjoyed my stay and it was especially nice to meet the Zimbabwean lady who is part of your front office staff.

Close to Mainz train station, walkable. Friendly staff, quick check in and check out, comfortable bed. Newly renovated bathroom, really good shower.

Extremely expensive for 3 star hotel in that area, maybe seasonal or special event going on. Tiny room.

A comfortable, convenient hotel making a good base for our trip to Mainz.

This was a clean, comfortable well equipped room in a nice hotel with helpful, friendly staff. The hotel is close to the station, with a choice of places to eat nearby.

Although the room was serviced each day, the tea and coffee was never replenished.

All was ok. The location is really convenient for the transport and going to the city center.

It supposed to have parking dedicated for the Hotel, but the only possibility is to park around of the hotel with ticket or in the Parkhaus which is really expensive. In my impression the cost/benefit is to high.

Bad

Location & friendliness of the staff.

The room we stayed is sold as quadruple and I booked for 2 adults 2 kids. When we arrived, we saw the room has only 3 beds. The staff tried to help but they could not find an alternative room or an extra bed, booking.com customer service could not help at all and said to us it is hotel’s fault to list the room for a family of 4. Hotel staff said it is booking.com’s fault. Overall finger-pointing disaster really and waste of time. At the end we stayed in uncomfortably and tried to sleep 3 of us in a double bed.
