Very clean premises.

Poor soundproofing of rooms. Corridor music way too loud. Asked at reception to turn it down at midnight(!) and they didnt know how. For light sleepers only option is great earplugs. Could also hear everything my neighbour was saying. Understaffed. Long queues to reception. Rooms ok, but I reserved a comfort twin and got a strange triangular layout with a single bed. Bathrooms are very underwhelming and showers are very old.

A great hotel at a good price.

Beautifully renovated rooms with excellent soundproofing. Excellent breakfast. Positioned well for town and the railway station.

Only one lift working, surly check in staff.

Great place to stay but you will be disappointed if you decide to upgrade for more comfort

Pool and gym was nice. Breakfast was great and the room was reasonable size for two people to stay in.

The room furinishing was a bit drab and disappointing for an upgrade and the sauna area was full of nudes! Room air dryer didn't work

I didn’t like that the cleaning staff came into the room twice while we were still sleeping, wanting to clean. It could be we missed a cue on what we are suppose to do, to let them know but check out time was at 12 and we had not checked out yet.

Nice hotel with reasonable distance from the centre. Very nice brewery with nice selection of the brewery´s own beer is just a few steps from the hotel.

More than 20 EUR for breakfast seems to be too much compared to the selection and quality of provided food.

Comfy bed, nice room

Not much of sauna and very small pool, expensive parking (we found a cheaper one about 15min walking called parkhaus Wallstraße, it costed us for 2 nights 4 euro (thursday-Saturday) instaid of 75,-

a very convenient hotel but is aging. we visited others Novotel recently renovated and we can compare.

very close to downtown

the rooms need some renovation, pillows are not comfortable. we wanted to go to the pool with the kids on Sunday morning before we leave and there was a swimming class. it would be nice to be informed up front about this organization.

Overall a comfortable stay

The hotel and room were fine. Breakfast I found to be pricey at €24. I was able to go to other restaurants for a fine evening meal for less than the price of breakfast. The juice leaves something to be desired as well. The bottle of water that was left in the room each day was very much appreciated.

Excellent stay!

Booked with my wife and kids (6 and 4) and it was great. Staff were super helpful and kind. Went above and beyond to help us out. Pool and sauna were excellent- clean and newly renovated. Close by the old city and the train station but in a very quiet area. Breakfast was good as well. Solid selection - kids were free which was great. We had a family room which was perfect.
