Breakfast had good choices on menue, in real life the bread was stale, the salmon tough to chew and we waited 10 min for coffee. The breakfast room looks fabulous so does the room. Clean, nice feel, great shower. Conditioner was empty, q-tips package was ripped open/used. Service was super friendly and helpful. Not sure if I would return

The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located. The old city with the cathedral and Guttenberg museum is an easy walk and it is also near the train station. Meals are relaxed and the staff is very attentive.

Front desk was amazing and helpful. I upgraded to room 505 large balcony, absolutely loved it. Restaurant located inside was delicious and servers and bartenders were very attentive and friendly. Cleaning staff were very efficient and met my every need. This hotel is a perfect location to Old town Mainz within less than 10 min walk. And less thsn 5min walk to a market store. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Indulgent option near Frankfurt airport if you've got an early departure or late arrival. Everything is high end, and the balcony rooms are worth the splurge. Mainz is a fun little city as well.

Brunfels Hotel is an excellent stay right in the center of Mainz. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are nicely cleaned and charming. Our favorite is the breakfast, this was incredible! Delicious and every room is so beautifully decorated for a charming stay.

Everything about this hotel was great, breakfast was good, rooms were very comfortable, and AC was ice cold, but the only thing was really poor wifi, roughly 0.5 to 1.5 Mbps, which is largely unacceptable in our modern age.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for transport and great restaurants, however, I have visited several times this year and have decided that the air circulation system in the rooms is too noisy for me to get a good nights sleep.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Easily the best I've ever stayed in! Lovely, friendly staff. Super comfortable bed, in a very spacious and well equipped room. Complementary cold drinks and snacks as well as the coffees in the room. Bathrobes and slippers, lovely toiletries and little touches like a notepad and pencil. Amazing breakfast with pretty much everything you could ask for. Such a great hotel, if I could give it 11 out of 10 I would ❤️

Amazing stay and perfect food at the restaurant. If you have the chance to stay here. Don’t think about it. Just book. Also much better than staying in central Frankfurt for twice the price. the manager of the hotel warmly greeted us as we pulled in the entrance and the check in was easy elevator is right by the front desk. We had a junior suite and it was very nice and comfortable bed and bedding. English TV channels a plus! Coffee shop bakery is 300' away!
