Reasonably priced, clean and friendly staff.

Excellent breakfast choices. Fresh and well-presented. Our room was clean and quiet ‘though others in our group complained that their rooms were noisy. We would have appreciated a second chair in our room. The hotel’s location is convenient for those arriving/departing by train.

As the crow flies, the hotel is not far from the centre of Mainz, but the descent/ascent is very steep and there’s no convenient public transport nearby. There was nowhere in tge hotel for us to sit and chat as a group.

Proximity to the railway station. Relatively quiet.

The bed was very small and uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny. The shared building with hospital makes a weird atmosphere for a hotel.

it was away from the hustle and bustle. needed to walk into main centre but an easy walk. The gardens were lovely to sit in and have an afternoon drink.

Convenient to train station in a quiet location; nearby a great local brewery; helpful staff; comfortable and clean room. Great for my overnight stay as part of an ongoing trip.

Shower too small and faucet in the wrong side so you hit yourself with it. A kettle and coffee would have been nice.

I would not mind staying here, but the reception stuff was not at all friendly to me

The room I got was very big. It came with a living room and a bedroom with a small balcony. Everything was super clean and tidy. The hotel is located in a very central yet quite neighbourhood. I would not mind staying here again. The check in was easy as well.

The night I spent here, there was no hot water. Even after informing the reception stuff, the situation did not improve. Also the reception stuff was not at all friendly to me. I had to spend a winter-ish night without any hot water, which was a bit of too much.

I didn't like the hotel being part of a clinic (and the rooms were more like clinic patient rooms than traveller accomodation.
