The Hyatt is always great service and you pay for what you get

It was a great ambience during dinner and breakfast and the comfort of the beds were exceptional. The staff were really friendly and were able to help with queries that I had during our stay

Excellent, modern hotel, great breakfast, perfect location (river and Old Town).

Room was excellent, with luxurious bathroom, spacious. Hotel is in the old town, very short stroll from everywhere we wanted to see. All staff super helpful and friendly.

The spa and pool area was nicely appointed. It is relatively small, three families filled the space, we chose not to go in as it was too small to be relaxing with such numbers.

steam room and bathroom could use update. I could not use the steam room, bad smell. to be honest I only noticed it in the steam room. the rest of hotel super nice and clean

I enjoyed my stay as always with the Hyatt

Breakfast great. I didn’t have much time in the hotel but I could not find the Wi-Fi details quickly in the bedroom when I needed the access.

I thought I was told the gym was open 24 hours but I could not access when I tried at 6.30am. Might have been my mistake.

Views on river Rhein

Room was not ready at check-in time. It also somehow appears as if the hotel had not returned to a daily cleaning routine after COVID19, at least 1 day the room was not cleaned properly (probably the room was still occupied when the cleaning personnel stopped by but no effort was made to clean afterwards). There is no possibility to park the car just 10 minutes for check-in and then to park at a different location. People are basically forced to pay a far too expensive (25 EUR) parking fee in the hotel's garage. Place is overpriced for what is being offered.

Exceptional

Very nice, clean, space room, hotel has very nice wellness area with swimming pool, steam bad and sauna. Nice relax after a long day. Breakfast was amazing with many things to choose - cold, hot, sweet possibilities. All hotel staff was friendly snd kind.

Breakfast was very good. Lounge was very comfortable. Hotelroom was okay and almost clean. Good shower.

Room was okay but a little dusty, the bathroom had broken tiles on the floor. I expect better rooms on the fifth floor. Or at least repair damages.

Absolutely stunning and very spacious room with a beautiful view of the castle and river. 10 minute walk to the Dom platz and Old Town where we enjoyed the Saturday market immensely. a/c worked great and was the first hotel to actually have a king bed with single mattress (not 2 beds pushed together as is the case with most hotels in Germany :)

We were first given a room on the 2nd floor which had absolutely NO wifi connection at all but upon complaining, was immediately switched to another floor which was fine. Then, a taxi was booked to take us to the airport which we had not confirmed. Luckily the driver was kind enough to cancel without any fee. Also, was unable to obtain a dinner reservation at the in house restaurant so advise to book well in advance if required

close to perfect (please note: nothing is perfect, but it's hard to do better than this)

a truly excellent hotel, especially due to the fine and pro active staff, both behind the reception desk and in the lobby and the restaurant (breakfast, dinner). all quiet, orderly and with a good atmosphere. Parking faciltiy under the hotel, where you can leave your car packed and all with no concern. Extra bed in the room? No problem. arranged in a matter of minutes. easy and quick check in, late dinner is no problem, a lovely breakfast and a brisk walk alongside the river to start the day. This is how I like it, and this is why I always return at least once or twice a year.

Perfect hotel.

Breakfast, room ,location, spa and staff were excellent. Our room was upgraded and we had a fantastic view of the Rhine. We also loved the club lounge facility and Benedikt our server was very helpful and friendly.

The location is perfect. Breakfast is perfect. A supermarket is nearby. Rhine is nearby. Market square at a short walking distance. Good connection to exit from the city by car

Room need renovation. A 5-star hotel could provide a shoehorn in the room. They took 35 euros per day for our dog - usually hotels provide at leas a bowl
