Pleasant stay, with some minor

Perfect stay in this region

Surprised by coffee machine in room. Nice new clean hotel near road with free parking and easy check in even in very late hours with no reception available. Warm hotel. Super clean, fresh. Spacious room and bathroom. Quite. Isolation good. Will stay again. Self -check in super easy in Automat.

Excellent location to go onto the motorway, ample parking space with free electric car charging points. Very clean, tidy .

Not that I did not like but, something to mention. The apartments are in an industrial zone.

Facility is new and very clean. The suite has everything needed for stay of few days. Location is comfortable for exiting to the highway and to FRA airport. Automated machine for check-in/out.

Modern comfortable aparthotel with self check-in

Nice new modern aparthotel in quiet industrial area, 15 minutes' driving from Mainz. Free car parking with charging facilities. Free underground parking for our e-bikes. Large comfortable luxury room. Huge TV screen with You Tube, etc. Basic kitchenette with fridge, microwave, stove, coffee machine. Nice bathroom. Check-in and payment by automat. We had to call to receive support.

One key card, also serving for switching on electricity. So if one person goes out, the other one is left without electricity. Since there is no reception desk, information is only available by phone. It was too hot in our room and didn't find out how to change the temperature. So we had to sleep irresponsibly with open window. Also we couldn't adjust the volume of the television and hardly could understand anything.

The quality of the room was excellent, super clean. Management and support staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. On site secured parking and 24/7 automated check in, if needed. Excellent value for money. Excellent WiFi connection. Conveniently located. Very close to Mainz, which is a lovely city, and less that 30 minutes to Frankfurt. I've stayed several times and will return again.

Large room size and quality, large balcony for suites. Secure parking. Value for money. Very helpful cleaning staff.

Automated check-in process needs improvement. Visitors should be informed of check-in process in advance and given some information. Management was very helpful but hard to find. That said, I recommend it and will stay again.

Comfortable and convenient hotel with easy to use free parking

Clean and tidy rooms. Parking was very easy to find and access. Comfortable beds.

There was no soap in the bathroom for hand washing. The location was remote eg away from restaurants etc but fast food places were available a short drive away. The fridge in the room was not switched on upon arrival so we had to switch it on- this would have been a nice touch as it was a very hot day.

Perfect on the road hotel

If you are just passing by is the perfect hotel. Clean, spacious room and bathroom, and basic but enough equipped mini kitchen for two. Super.

I don’t give the 10 because don’t know if there is somewhere around where to eat in case you don’t carry your own food. Not my case, everything was perfect.

Insgesamt gut

Lage war gut. Zimmer sauber. Matratzen gut. Schönes Bad.

Zimmertemperatur zu kalt. Konnte man nicht verändern. Am TV konnte man nicht die Lautstärke erhöhen. Nur eine Decke im Doppelzimmer vorrätig. Es läuft alles per Telefon, kein persönlicher Kontakt.

Wir kommen gern wieder !!!

Die Klimaanlage / zu der Zeit zum Heizen benötigt, hatte bei der Ankunft nicht funktioniert. Am kommenden morgen war sofort ein Servicetechniker vor Ort, der das Problem zu Beginn der Heizsaison analysierte und uns für den Übergang bis zur Reparatur, die noch am gleichen Vormittag erfolgte, einen Radiator zur Verfügung stellte.

Der Fernseher hat eine ganz niedrige Grundeinstellung / Lautstärke, die zwar alle Nachbarn vor Lärmbelästigung schützt, jedoch so leise eingestellt ist, dass man sich voll konzentrieren muss, um bei maximaler Lautstärke beispielsweise die Nachrichten verstehen zu können und nur in der Nähe des TV und bei sonstiger Stille im Raum etwas versteht. Wir sind zwar Senioren, aber nicht schwerhörig. Das ist das einzige, was wir für verbesserungswürdig erachten würden.
